When I first got these I would've rated them five stars - they were super comfy and fit great. Got them on sale and still thought they were pricey. But here I am less than six months later and every single pair of my twelve boxers has ripped in the crotch with multiple holes in each one. The crazy part is I barely even wore them. I was sick and out of work for two months straight wearing pajama pants the whole time. Once I went back I'd wear them maybe ten hours a day and then immediately change into comfy clothes at home. So six months on the calendar was really more like three months of actual wear. Plus with twelve pairs rotating I can't believe they fell apart that fast. Not buying again. The quality is garbage and even at half off the sale price they're not worth it.

Had to leave a review because honestly these are the hottest boxers I've ever seen on my boyfriend. I'm really shocked to read all the bad reviews out there. The quality is seriously incredible and they look absolutely amazing. He can't stop raving about how comfortable they are, especially when he's at the gym or hiking. He says they're totally worth every dollar.

Honestly not worth what they charge. Thirty to thirty-five dollars per pair for underwear that isn't well made. The pouch support thing is nice but the overall construction just isn't good enough. They felt stretched out before I even wore them the first time. Plus they don't do much to keep customers loyal or happy. I wanted to try their briefs since the trunks weren't working for me, asked customer service if they could send me a pair to test, and they just said no and suggested I buy a different style. At that price point asking people to buy multiple styles hoping something works, with no return option, that's a lot to ask. I get that you're running a business, but not giving customers a shot to find what works for them isn't a smart loyalty strategy.

Their sizes are completely inconsistent. You'll buy two different styles in the same size and they fit totally different. If they're going to do that they need separate size guides for each product. Their customer service is terrible and won't actually help you solve anything.

I was a loyal customer for four years and they lost me over one mistake with sizing on my order.

Followed all the washing instructions but the underwear shrank up so much after just four or five washes they're unwearable now. Called the company about it and they basically said check out their new stuff since it's made better, and oh by the way don't put them in the dryer next time. I'm done buying from this company.

Got a bunch of the briefs and at first they held great but pretty quickly they stretched out and don't provide the support anymore. They lose all their hold after you wear them a few times. I spent weeks jumping through hoops giving them everything they asked for but they just kept stalling and wouldn't give me any credit or send replacements. UPDATE: They actually came through and made it right. Really appreciate them following up.

Their quality control has fallen off completely. I won't be buying these boxers anymore. The materials are cheap and some pairs get holes in them after just a month of wear. The sizing is all over the place too - one year a large fits perfectly and still fits great, the next year the waistband is smaller. I've been a large for the past fifteen years so I know my size. Grabbed some of their Ultra model and the waistband rolls and the legs ride up too much. It's overpriced junk.

The company says they delivered my order but I never got it. Under consumer law, they're responsible when packages are left unattended at the door without being handed directly to the customer. They refused to take any responsibility and won't give me a refund. I'm going to have to dispute this with my credit card company. I won't be ordering from them ever again.

By twenty twenty-two I'd purchased nineteen pairs of their underwear. Recently decided to grab three more pairs to restock. Really disappointed with what I got. It's nothing like the quality from back in twenty twenty-two, and somehow the price went up even higher. Complete garbage now. I'm checking out the competition in the future. If they keep selling this trash quality I don't see them staying in business much longer.

Picked up a few pairs of their Daytripper model on sale, but they marked them as final sale so no returns. They're not well constructed - the fabric feels rough and the fit is totally off. Better than the budget brands but nowhere near as good as other quality competitors. If this is what they're putting out, I'd tell people to look elsewhere and find something with better construction.

Really let down by these boxers. I had such high hopes based on the hype. After just a couple of washes, everything fell apart - the colors started washing out, they lost their original fit and got all loose, and the fabric started pilling up with little fuzzy balls everywhere. It's super uncomfortable and definitely not soft anymore. Not buying from them again. Total waste of money.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible.

I'd give them zero stars if the site let me. I've called four times and sent two detailed emails about a four hundred forty-eight dollar order that never showed up. They just keep sending the same generic responses without actually helping. I'm furious and I've told my husband he's never buying from them again. I'm having to call the credit card company to dispute the charge now. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts and I ordered them back in November.

Terrible experience. My boyfriend ordered a two hundred dollar package of their boxers. We got a notification saying it was delivered. We live in a secure building where we've never had package problems. We were home and rushed downstairs right away but nothing was there. We contacted them and explained what happened - they told us to leave a note for neighbors. We did but we knew the package never made it. It's been months now and they don't seem to care about helping at all. Feels like we got ripped off for two hundred dollars. Would never order from them again. Get the brand from Amazon if you have to, or try a different company instead.
