This brand is supposed to offer premium luggage at premium prices. I wanted to build out a complete luggage set with them. I got a carry-on last year and liked it enough to recently buy the matching weekend backpack. But the colors don't match at all. Having that kind of color difference between pieces that are supposed to be the same set is completely unacceptable. When I tried to return or swap it, they said I couldn't because I'd bought it on sale. They just apologized and left it at that. Now I've got two pieces that don't even go together and I paid over 400 dollars. They should have worked with me to fix the problem and didn't. That's also unacceptable. Skip this brand entirely. There are other high quality luggage makers out there, and I guarantee their matching sets actually match. Really, don't buy from them.

Don't give this company your business. I bought two items as Christmas presents and sent one back right away. Beis acknowledged getting the returned product at their warehouse on January 6th. Now it's February 10th, and they still won't refund me even though they processed the return over a month ago. Their explanation? Some "technical glitch" with PayPal. Funny thing is, their PayPal worked just fine when they were collecting my payment, but now suddenly it's not working when they need to send money back. I've contacted them several times and even told them I'd take a check or any other payment option to make this right. They said no. Both their customer service and finance department just keep sending me the same generic responses instead of actually helping. Here's the bottom line: I'm out both my merchandise and my money, and at this point it feels like straight-up fraud. Find somewhere else to shop. I'm done with them.

Extremely poor quality and their customer support is just as bad. My item arrived defective and they're doing everything possible to avoid sending a replacement. Don't shop here.

I purchased a makeup bag that arrived with a couple small imperfections. Since it was still pricey even with the Black Friday discount, I contacted support. At first they offered just a 15% refund, which didn't feel right to me. I asked if they'd send a replacement and let me keep the damaged one. They said yes! That solution worked out great for me. Note that I bought through the European site, so the US team might handle things differently.

I dropped over a thousand dollars on luggage in one order and the site showed free shipping on orders over 150 bucks. But when I bought another piece under that threshold, they charged me 14.95 in shipping. After more than ten back and forths with customer service rep, they told me they couldn't remove the fee. Super disappointing that they weren't willing to look at the big picture here. I asked them to escalate it to a manager, but wanted to give others a heads up about this.

Honestly, I'd give them zero stars if I could. I got the cream weekender as a gift. I used it once and the zipper immediately failed. My friend also got the same cream bag as a present and had the exact same problem. Their customer service was completely useless because they said they need a receipt to process returns. Since it was a gift and I didn't have the receipt, they wouldn't do anything. So much for that supposed lifetime warranty, which is basically just false advertising. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I actively tell people to avoid supporting this brand.

I couldn't even close the bag while traveling! It's cheap construction, and for the steep price tag, the materials are terrible. This is way overpriced garbage and a total waste of cash.

This company is awful! They used a terrible shipping carrier for my package and the item never arrived. The customer service is pretty bad too. Just avoid them entirely.

These folks are running a scam. I placed an order on November 29th for about 300 dollars worth of stuff, and it never shipped. I requested a cancellation and they refused to let me cancel. Still no luggage. I filed a case through PayPal and Beis totally ignored it, so it turned into a full claim. Now it's mid-January and they keep harassing me to close the PayPal case before they'll do anything, which is total nonsense. I even sent them a PayPal screenshot showing you should never close a case before receiving your item or refund. I'm furious.

I'm honestly surprised by all the negative feedback out there. I have two bags from Beis and I'm really happy with both. I've had one for two years now and the quality is excellent. They definitely deliver good quality for what you're paying.
