As you can see in the photos, this bottle is defective and leaks everywhere when you shake it like the instructions tell you to. This is my second defective bottle from ISDIN. The expiration isn't until 2027 so there's no excuse for the quality issue. I reached out twice asking for a replacement and they flat out refused, hiding behind their 30 day return policy. That's wrong. Any company that actually cares about customers would make it right, especially for someone like me who's been buying their products. Instead of standing behind what they sell, they're just hiding behind rules. If saving 30 dollars was worth losing a long-term customer, that's their call. I'm going to make sure people know what kind of service ISDIN actually gives.

The ISDIN Photo Eryfotona Ageless is absolutely fantastic. It works wonderfully as a light foundation and gives you nice coverage. Then you can apply blush right over it without any hassle. I'm really happy with this product!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would, because their customer service is truly shameful. First the app crashed on me, then my emails (all four of them) went unanswered for forever. When they finally replied, it was just to say sorry, your order already shipped. Here's a return label so you can waste your own time driving to return something since we're slow and clearly don't value you. There are tons of other solid options out there and no reason to put up with this level of service. Honestly just skip this company entirely unless you enjoy throwing away time and cash on overpriced stuff.

I spent 160 dollars on their products. After waiting weeks with no delivery, I asked where my order was. They apologized saying it got lost in their warehouse. When I asked for a refund instead of replacement, they said a refund would be coming. In mid-December I still hadn't been refunded so I reached out again. They apologized once more and said they'd escalate it. Now it's early January and still no refund. I contacted them a third time and they said a supervisor is looking into it. There's nothing to investigate here. Their own email confirms I never got the product. For a premium brand this is ridiculous.

I placed an order online for a tinted SPF50 sunscreen but received the non-tinted version instead. I've tried using their website to request an exchange or return with no success. I purchased the Fusion Water Magic SPF40 thinking it would be a clean formula, but all four active ingredients are synthetic chemicals. Trying to return it has been a hassle. Their support person insisted that the number on my delivery slip wasn't the order number they needed. I won't be shopping with ISDIN again. There are plenty of cleaner alternatives available. I'm also planning to mention this to my dermatologist since she recommended ISDIN products to me.

When I escalated my concerns, I was promised a refund check for around 45 dollars, but that also got delayed with excuses. Months have passed and they're now asking my bank for extra paperwork just to process a check for that amount. I'm furious about how I've been treated. This company operates with total disregard for customers and I strongly advise staying away from their products and services.

The dual serum gave me a rash. Instead of just sending me return information, the company is routing my case to their adverse reaction team. Not the customer service experience I was hoping for.

I bought sunscreen on their website using Apple Pay and got charged. An email confirmed the order was paid and being prepared. Now ISDIN is saying they never got the payment from Apple and refusing to send my product. That doesn't make sense. I run my own business and I know Apple handles the payment processing separately. They're blaming Apple and telling me to contact them, but Apple had nothing to do with this transaction between me and ISDIN. The bottom line is they have my money, won't send what I paid for, and won't refund me either. I'm going to have to deal with a chargeback because of their refusal to help.
