What Shoppers Say About ISDIN
ISDIN receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with the vast majority of reviewers reporting serious issues with customer service and product quality. Common complaints include defective products (leaking bottles, wrong items shipped, near-expiration products), unresponsive customer support across email and phone channels, refusal to process refunds or replacements, and orders lost in the warehouse. The few positive reviews praise specific products like the Photo Eryfotona Ageless sunscreen for its coverage and performance as a light foundation.
The primary concern across multiple reviews is customer service responsiveness and resolution. Shoppers report waiting weeks or months without replies to emails, unanswered phone calls, and requests for refunds or replacements being ignored or denied. Several reviewers describe being told to arrange their own returns despite receiving defective or incorrect items, with the company hiding behind return windows rather than addressing quality issues. Only a small minority of shoppers rate ISDIN positively, suggesting serious operational challenges that extend beyond individual product performance.

Sorted by: Most recentAs you can see in the photos, this bottle is defective and leaks everywhere when you shake it like the instructions tell you to. This is my second defective bottle from ISDIN. The expiration isn't until 2027 so there's no excuse for the quality issue. I reached out twice asking for a replacement and they flat out refused, hiding behind their 30 day return policy. That's wrong. Any company that actually cares about customers would make it right, especially for someone like me who's been buying their products. Instead of standing behind what they sell, they're just hiding behind rules. If saving 30 dollars was worth losing a long-term customer, that's their call. I'm going to make sure people know what kind of service ISDIN actually gives.
The ISDIN Photo Eryfotona Ageless is absolutely fantastic. It works wonderfully as a light foundation and gives you nice coverage. Then you can apply blush right over it without any hassle. I'm really happy with this product!
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would, because their customer service is truly shameful. First the app crashed on me, then my emails (all four of them) went unanswered for forever. When they finally replied, it was just to say sorry, your order already shipped. Here's a return label so you can waste your own time driving to return something since we're slow and clearly don't value you. There are tons of other solid options out there and no reason to put up with this level of service. Honestly just skip this company entirely unless you enjoy throwing away time and cash on overpriced stuff.
I spent 160 dollars on their products. After waiting weeks with no delivery, I asked where my order was. They apologized saying it got lost in their warehouse. When I asked for a refund instead of replacement, they said a refund would be coming. In mid-December I still hadn't been refunded so I reached out again. They apologized once more and said they'd escalate it. Now it's early January and still no refund. I contacted them a third time and they said a supervisor is looking into it. There's nothing to investigate here. Their own email confirms I never got the product. For a premium brand this is ridiculous.
I placed an order online for a tinted SPF50 sunscreen but received the non-tinted version instead. I've tried using their website to request an exchange or return with no success. I called the number provided but just get voicemail every time with no callbacks. I've been emailing since late August with still no response from anyone at ISDIN.
I'm really let down by how this company operates, both in terms of service and their product practices. I bought a sunscreen for 50 dollars and opened it to find it was expiring in just four months. I immediately requested either a refund or replacement and followed up through email, phone calls, and their social media accounts. Nobody responded for weeks. When I finally got through to someone, they told me replacements would likely have the same short shelf life since they ship their oldest stock first. That's unacceptable, especially when expiration dates aren't shown before you buy. Selling pricey skincare products that are close to expiring without being upfront about it is wrong. Even though the sunscreen itself is good, I won't be shopping with them again.
I spent over 300 dollars on multiple ISDIN products. The first thing I opened was the hyaluronic serum and the pump wasn't working right. I contacted the company and they asked for a video. I sent videos multiple times and got nothing back. I emailed again and they claimed they never got them. Each time I resent it but never heard anything. This company's customer service is terrible and based on all the other reviews, I don't think they're winning customers over. This will eventually hurt their business.
I purchased the Fusion Water Magic SPF40 thinking it would be a clean formula, but all four active ingredients are synthetic chemicals. Trying to return it has been a hassle. Their support person insisted that the number on my delivery slip wasn't the order number they needed. I won't be shopping with ISDIN again. There are plenty of cleaner alternatives available. I'm also planning to mention this to my dermatologist since she recommended ISDIN products to me.
I really liked their sunscreen last year so I grabbed two bottles this spring. Unfortunately, something's off with these bottles or they changed the formula. It's greasy and unpleasant, and I got sunburned all three times I wore it this year, each time for less than three hours, wearing a hat, and not in direct sunlight. I emailed their support and all I got back was a generic message that didn't address what I actually said. They just told me no refund because it's been over 30 days. For 60 plus dollars a bottle you'd think they'd be more professional. Next time I'll just grab a 15 dollar drugstore brand and come out ahead. I'll also be letting my dermatologist know not to recommend this anymore. It's an expensive mistake, but I won't shop here again. This company isn't trustworthy.
Their customer support ignores emails completely. I've tried reaching out about regular questions and complaints alike with no response. While some of their products are decent, I won't be purchasing from them again. The Fotoprotector Fusion Water Color product I got had gritty particles throughout it, almost like a scrub, which other customers have also mentioned.
