Ordered a Hello Kitty Tamagotchi as a pre-order in the middle of July expecting it in August. When August rolled around, I spotted the item in stock at other retailers, but since I already had an order placed with what seemed like a reliable company, I decided to stick with it. After waiting over a month and a half, I got the wrong version sent to me. To make matters worse, the one they sent was already available everywhere else and cheaper than what I paid. By the time I tried reaching customer service, they told me it was out of stock and couldn't tell me when they'd get more. If you had it on pre-order for me, how is it possible you're suddenly out? The rep I spoke to was unhelpful and showed no remorse for the mistake. Now I'm stuck having to deal with the hassle of returning this item, printing labels, and packaging everything back up.

The gentleman who helped me walked me through everything step by step in a really polite way and we figured out the best solution. He was super professional and answered all my questions right away.
