I finally got the turtleneck sweater I ordered on July 31st, but it arrived in September and I'm really disappointed. The seam around the neckline is stitched wrong and doesn't line up properly on the body of the sweater. The material is all bunched up so it looks like it's tied in a knot. I've shopped with Sundance for years. Since they're going out of business, I'm wondering if they're clearing out returned or damaged merchandise. My last order from them ended on a really sour note.

I ordered a Sevilla dress in size 10 in white early August. It's now September 1st and I still don't have it. Two weeks ago I spoke with customer service and they said it was being prepped for shipment. After sending about seven or eight emails, I finally got a response saying someone would contact me soon. I've asked multiple times for either shipping by late August or a refund of my $117, but I've gotten nothing, no shipping confirmation, no refund, no dress. When I call now, I just get an automated message saying the company is shutting down.

I found this place right before they started their closing sale. I ordered tons of items and everything went smoothly. It's too bad they're closing. Most of my stuff arrived really quickly. Just one item took longer than expected, but it still got here. The clearance prices were really attractive.

I think this company is running a scam. They took my payment of about $400 and nothing ever got shipped. When it was called Sundance Catalog, I never had problems. Don't order from here, this doesn't look like a legitimate business.

I've been a loyal customer for years with no problems until now. I placed an order through their clearance sale in late July and it was confirmed, but the status hasn't budged in ten days, which is totally unusual. I sent an email but haven't heard back. I'm worried I might end up as a creditor if they file for bankruptcy. I'd be careful about buying from a closing sale like this one.

I'm completely frustrated with their lack of customer service. I ordered a jacket and pants in March. The jacket never arrived no matter what I tried to do. Finally in June they told me it wasn't available anymore and offered store credit instead. I don't want credit! And the pants? They were way too small, so I ordered the next size up and they're even smaller than the first pair! Don't shop here.

Should have read the reviews first before ordering. My package was supposed to arrive on June 23rd but never showed up. The tracking shows it got stuck in Georgia starting June 24th. The item isn't even available anymore. I know the company changed hands, but they need to get their act together or they won't survive. I loved shopping with them when they were running smoothly. At least they did eventually give me a credit back.

Would give negative stars if possible. This company uses misleading pricing to trick you, they advertise one price with return options available, then switch the price so you can't return anything. It was a solid company years ago under Sundance Catalog, but after private equity took over and rebranded it as Sundance Living, everything fell apart. The products are cheap now and their service is awful. Definitely shop somewhere else.

MISLEADING TACTICS, this used to be a good company before private equity purchased it and rebranded as Sundance Living. Now it's all low-quality stuff, dishonest pricing, and awful customer service.

I bought a rug from their website. They confirmed right away that my order went through but the rug was backordered. My order came through May 2nd, and they said the rug would arrive at their warehouse May 16th with delivery 3-4 business days after that. Then I heard nothing except the initial order confirmation. I called customer service on May 30th to ask about my rug. They said I'd get a delivery date within 48 hours, but nothing came. After three calls where they kept saying it was in the warehouse but couldn't give me a date, I finally called again on June 16th and politely asked for any information about my rug, whether they actually have it, where it is, and when it ships. On June 17th I got an email saying they don't even have the rug and they've credited my card. Yet today on their website, they're still advertising and selling the exact same rug.

I posted a review about some things I ordered from this company. Everything turned out to be made in China, and the cotton shirt was scratchy and uncomfortable. When I mentioned this in my review, they blocked it saying it was being "moderated", basically they censored me. I tried to reply to their email but it wasn't a real address I could respond to. I didn't say anything insulting, just that both items were manufactured overseas and weren't quality items. Their product descriptions don't tell you where anything is made either. I won't go back, and I'm donating these clothes to charity. I'm honestly surprised that certain designers allow their products to be sold through this retailer, and I'm considering reaching out to them about my experience.
