Really love shopping at Rituals both at the store and on their website. I've placed many online orders and they always arrive really fast. I tend to stick to their bath and shower products so can't talk about their home line, but their creams and shower stuff has great staying power and smells wonderful. Recently had a hiccup with an order and the online team resolved it immediately.

I'm really into Rituals, both when shopping in person and ordering online. Delivery is always quick when I order. I mostly stick to the bath and shower line so I can't speak to the home stuff, but the creams and shower products are fantastic quality and smell amazing. Had an issue with an order once and their online support team fixed it right away.

Bought 3 refill body creams in December and they don't work with the new glass containers that came out in September, so these refills were completely useless. This shouldn't have happened. I asked for either a refund or new containers but got offered just 10 percent off my next purchase instead. If they switched to new packaging in September, they should not have been selling old refills in December. I'm frustrated about being put in this situation.

Steer clear of their diffusers because they don't last. I filled up 5 of them with 75 mls each and they were completely empty by the next day. The quality is just really poor. It's unfortunate because their imperial rose scent is honestly amazing, but there's no point buying it if it only lasts one day.

Tried placing a Christmas order on the website from abroad to ship to a UK location. This is something I've done successfully with tons of other UK companies. However, Rituals won't let you use a non-UK billing address at checkout. The system is set to only accept UK billing, which blocks legitimate international cards even when the billing address matches the card and delivery is to the UK. This is clearly a company policy, not a payment processor issue. The customer service made it way worse though. Over several days through different channels I got conflicting info, wrong answers, and they kept saying this wasn't normal when it's obviously intentional. No one ever took responsibility or explained the policy clearly. As someone who'd bought from them before and wanted to buy gifts my family loves, I had to place the order elsewhere with competitors who actually accept international billing without problems. The policy itself stinks, but the confusing and unhelpful customer service response was even worse.

First visit to the Manchester Arndale location and the customer service was excellent. The staff member really showed serious product knowledge and was both professional and personable. Wish the manager had been available so we could've given them proper recognition too.

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews out there. I've always had good experiences in their stores, but I was nervous placing my first online order. Turned out to be great though, everything arrived within two days and came with lovely gifts. Really impressed with this company overall.

Their products are fantastic. The beauty bar is the only soap I can use when my skin condition flares up. I also really appreciate how careful they are about protecting your order during shipping. When my packages have been lost or damaged by the delivery company twice before, Rituals replaced them both times quickly without any hassle.

I'm a big fan of Rituals products, but recently got a foaming shower gel with a broken dispenser. Never had this issue before even though I buy this item all the time. I wasn't sure they'd help since I paid with cash, but when I called customer service the guy was incredibly helpful and kind. He got me a voucher within minutes so I could buy a replacement. Really impressed with how they handled it.

Best brand I've tried so far. The products are awesome and their customer support is so responsive and helpful. I want to keep shopping with them over and over. Really happy with everything.

Stopped by the Milton Keynes location and had an absolutely outstanding experience. Don't remember the staff member's name but the service was seriously exceptional. Everyone was so helpful and made everything smooth and easy. Good customer service matters a lot to me so I really want to give them credit. I came in looking for bath scrubs and grabbed some other things too. The staff really made my visit enjoyable and helpful.

What a wonderful store experience! What really made our visit special was the incredible help we got. She was knowledgeable and helpful, explaining what everything does and how it could benefit us. We picked up a body scrub and hand cream, and her service was absolutely stellar. We're definitely coming back to the Telford location soon.

Had a great experience at the Telford location. Walked in hunting for a gift and the staff gave me fantastic recommendations. Ended up getting stuff for myself too because everything looked so good. Really satisfied with my purchases and it was a pleasure to browse around.

Recently went to the Basingstoke store to get a birthday gift for a friend and both staff members were wonderful to work with. They patiently showed me different options and didn't rush me while I made my decision. The store was spotless and nicely organized, plus testing the products felt like I was in my own little spa. I picked up a moisturizer for myself and they offered me points on a store card, which came with a free skincare sample set. Really happy with the service and left feeling totally satisfied with my haul.

Nothing but positive experiences with everything about this company, from the actual products to how they treat customers. I order from them several times a year especially when holidays come around. Found them through another retailer and never switched back. Their shower foams are seriously amazing.
