My order showed up as delivered but it never actually arrived at my place. I've reached out to customer service several times and haven't gotten any real help. Waited almost a month before they finally got back to me just to say there wasn't anything they could do. No actual investigation happened, nobody took responsibility, and they didn't try to work things out. They basically told me it wasn't their problem and shut down the conversation. Really let down by how careless and unprofessional this was. They clearly don't prioritize making sure customers are taken care of. I'd skip them if you need dependable shipping and actual support.

They're only publishing positive reviews. I got an email asking me to review items I'd bought recently, so I submitted some honest one-star feedback about products that really disappointed me. But those reviews never showed up on their website. Seems like they only want the five-star ones visible to potential customers. That's not cool.

Honestly wish I'd read the reviews before spending money here. The support is absolute garbage. Their system charged me twice without asking me first. I went back to check my cart and it happened again within a minute. Two charges basically back-to-back. They wouldn't cancel either one and claimed they were already being processed even though it was almost eleven at night. Their phone line doesn't even work. The chat support is basically robots and people reading from a script. Hands down the worst support I've had. And to top it off, the next-day delivery option didn't happen and my tracking is still just stuck on 'ordered.' Complete disaster.

This website is disgusting. Got three items that look like kitchen rags. Ordered three totally different products with floral patterns and they all showed up as these awful cheap pieces with way too-tight necks and awful fabric. Nothing like what was pictured at all. So frustrated. Just sent them an email. We'll see if they even bother getting back to me.

Felt nervous about ordering based on what I read in these reviews, but the items I wanted were highly rated on other shopping sites, so I figured I'd give it a try. Everything went smooth. The delivery came through in a couple days, all my stuff was there, and it was packed really carefully so nothing broke. I'm guessing they made some changes to their customer service operation because I had zero problems.

Decided to take the chance and I'm so glad I did. My package came in just a few days. Fenty's customer service used to be on point, but something changed. Now it's absolutely terrible. No responses to emails whatsoever.

What happened to this company's customer service? It was actually good at one point but now it's completely gone downhill. They don't respond to a single email anymore.

If a negative rating were possible, they'd deserve it. Placed an order in early December and had to request a replacement after the first delivery failed. Sent the replacement back to them and they told me I'd only get store credit, not my cash back. Now it's February and they just informed me refunds to my bank account won't happen, even though when I made the return over the phone nobody mentioned this would be a problem. I was promised a full refund. Just awful. I've sent tons of emails and keep getting ignored. Don't use them if you value getting actual help. Worst service I've dealt with.

Just want to say thank you to M. from the customer service team. What an awesome representative. She really listened to my concerns and understood where I was coming from. Before talking to her, I had spoken with another rep who wasn't helpful and kinda came across as dismissive. This second rep was a total turnaround. She fixed my problem and got me a solution super fast. Honestly efficient and got everything handled the right way. Please give this woman a raise because she totally deserves it. The products are always excellent too. Looking forward to my upcoming shipment arriving.

Had to give a shout-out to M. from customer support. She was fantastic. She made me feel like she actually got what I was frustrated about. I was already pretty upset after dealing with another rep before her who was kind of rude and didn't really listen. But this rep handled my situation perfectly and came up with a real fix. She was quick, professional, and solved my problem fast. Seriously, this woman deserves a raise. The products themselves are always solid too. Pumped to get my next shipment.
