I've never experienced customer service quite like this. Called this morning with a question about a strap on a bag I'd purchased and reached Ellen, who was incredibly courteous and professional. Within an hour she'd located the strap and had it sent out to me. The whole team at Osprey really knows how to take care of their customers. I'm thrilled with how everything turned out.

After some time away, I came back to Osprey London and couldn't be happier. Picked up the Adaline Work Bag in chocolate and while my laptop is slightly too large for it, I'm keeping it anyway since it's perfect for trips and smaller outings or even as an overnight bag. The craftsmanship is really exceptional. I also grabbed the mini Weybridge in black during the Black Friday sale. Looking back, I wish I'd gone with just the large Weybridge instead, so now I'm saving up for the large version in brown. Both purchases were incredible value considering the leather quality and finish are elegant without being pretentious or formal. Really glad I rediscovered this brand. Special thanks for the thoughtful response to my email - it made the whole shopping experience feel more personal.
