Bought fragrance and received the wrong type. When I contacted them about fixing it, they refused to help. Their customer service quality has really gone downhill.

Shady business here. I messed up and ordered the wrong fragrance, realized it immediately and tried to cancel right away. The cancellation wouldn't go through and I got an error. Called their support line and they claimed I was too late, that it's a 24-hour window. I pointed out I literally just placed the order minutes before calling, nowhere near 24 hours had passed. They still wouldn't help. I decided to just keep the fragrance rather than deal with their return process.

Shocking business practices and bad customer service. They promote gift sets that aren't actually available, and when I asked about one they claimed it was sold out even though it's still showing on their site. For making me waste my time they sent a coupon that doesn't even work. This is ridiculous. You can find these fragrances cheaper elsewhere and honestly you should. I spent over $300 and could've saved at least $50 buying from a competitor. Won't be coming back here.

Getting a refund from this company is a nightmare. I'm still waiting to see the money back in my account. I spent almost an hour talking to different reps and nobody could actually fix the problem. On top of that, they charge you $8 for return shipping and take it straight out of your refund. This whole experience has been really upsetting and disappointing.

Be warned about this website - all the fragrances sold here are counterfeit. Don't waste your money on this place.

Got an Armani men's cologne set as a replacement for one I bought at another store. The fragrance doesn't hold up at all - it fades in less than an hour compared to the one from the other place that lasts 4 to 6 hours. Ended up buying another set elsewhere instead.

Absolutely terrible customer service - seriously avoid this place. I ordered 11 lipsticks for gifts and only got 10 across two shipments, but was still charged for all 11. When I called customer service, here's what happened: First they told me the issue couldn't be handled over the phone and wanted me to email pictures and the packing list. I did all that. Then I sent two emails with everything explained and got zero response. I called back and they asked if I sent to the right email. I said yes because I replied to their auto-reply. They then said maybe my email didn't go through since I didn't get a confirmation. Their excuse was that I didn't change the subject line when replying so they might have missed it because they get tons of emails. This is completely ridiculous.

I grabbed several items during their 50% off sale that I couldn't normally afford. When everything arrived, more than half my order was missing - items that made up over 60% of what I paid. By then the sale was over and those items were no longer available. This should have been easy to fix: send replacement items, offer a discount code, or refund the whole thing. But support won't do any of that. The only thing they'd do was refund just the discounted price, which doesn't even cover one of the missing items. Lesson here is don't buy straight from Armani Beauty - their support is way worse than other options.

Awful customer service. I asked them to cancel my order just one hour after placing it. They said it was already processing so they couldn't cancel. Also, the order summary showed a shipping discount but after I purchased, I got charged $7 for shipping. The rep mentioned there's a 30-minute cancellation window but couldn't back it up with anything. Every time we talked they kept throwing around the word policy but wouldn't actually show me anything in writing. Just kept saying it's in the policy without any proof. Why can't they just show documentation instead of just talking about it?
