When the delivery took a while coming from overseas, the package ended up at a post office roughly two hours away because Indochino sent it to the wrong address - not the one my husband provided or what was on the confirmation. The local staff member was dismissive and unhelpful when we reached out. They kept passing us off to other departments rather than owning the mistake. After all the runaround with the shipping carrier and post office, we got told the only option was to send it back. We've been asking for a refund and to cancel the order, but the company keeps stalling. For an $800 suit from overseas, this has been a total mess. They're unprofessional and clearly don't know how to handle their mistakes. Would not suggest them to anyone.

The company refused to take responsibility or offer any returns despite the misleading website photos and poor quality. With my wedding just a month away, I had to rush out and buy a completely different suit elsewhere that was actually navy and cost way less at $350. Honestly one of the worst purchases I've ever made. I'd steer clear of this place.

What a thoughtful and respectful experience from beginning to end. They were so kind they even gave me a good deal to grab two suits! I also really liked how welcoming and accepting the whole place felt.

It's a fantastic spot if you want a quality custom suit without breaking the bank. We've been back twice now and brought friends along - four of us have gotten suits made here.
