Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- The code may have expired or reached its usage limit; check the offer details on RetailCoupons.com for the current validity date.
- Some codes apply only to specific product categories or minimum purchase amounts; verify the restrictions before assuming the code applies to your items.
- The promo code field may be case-sensitive or require exact spacing; try entering it again without extra spaces.
- Certain codes cannot combine with other promotions or sales; remove any other discounts and try applying the code alone.
- If the code still does not work, copy the exact code from RetailCoupons.com and paste it rather than typing it manually to avoid typos.

Zales Shipping Policy
Shipping policies and costs vary depending on your order total and delivery method selected at checkout. Review the shipping options presented during checkout to understand costs and estimated delivery timeframes for your jewelry or watch purchase. For expedited delivery or gift wrapping services, confirm any additional fees before finalizing your order.
Zales Returns & Refund Policy
Most jewelry retailers, including those in the fine jewelry category, offer return windows for unworn items in original condition. Check Zales.com for their specific return eligibility requirements, such as whether items must be returned within a set number of days or whether final sale items are excluded. Contacting Zales customer service before returning an item can clarify whether your purchase qualifies.

Zales Reviews
Zales receives sharply polarized feedback, with shoppers either praising in-store experiences or criticizing online service. Positive reviews highlight exceptional customer service at physical locations, with staff members providing detailed product knowledge, thorough inspections, and genuine attention to customer needs. Shoppers appreciate personalized service and feel valued as long-term customers. However, negative reviews consistently address online ordering problems: cancelled orders due to claimed out-of-stock inventory, items advertised in sales that are unavailable, damaged shipments, and slow or nonexistent customer support when issues occur.
The primary complaint centers on Zales' online fulfillment and customer service infrastructure. Reviewers report two-week response times for damaged orders, lack of solutions when problems arise, and orders that are cancelled without adequate explanation or compensation. Additionally, some in-store locations have been criticized for rigid policies, such as refusing to work with customers on trade-ins without original receipts, and concerns have been raised about perceived declining quality in packaging and product presentation relative to pricing. The stark divide between five-star and one-star ratings suggests that shopping method and store location significantly impact customer satisfaction.
Huge shout out to Juvy and Tracey at the Galleria location in Henderson, Nevada! They made our 40th anniversary shopping experience unforgettable. I've been a Zales customer for four decades and these two gave us way more than we expected. They did detailed diamond analysis and shared historical information about pieces. I purchased a beautiful 1.97 carat white gold diamond for my wife and watching her reaction was priceless. She absolutely loves it. If you want exceptional service, make Zales your first stop.
I brought a diamond gold bangle bracelet to the Canton location wanting to trade it toward something of greater value. It was a gift so I didn't have the original receipt, even though I had all the paperwork with me. The staff told me the bracelet was worthless without the receipt and refused to work with me. That's ridiculous. I'll be taking my business somewhere else.
Just received my earrings and I'm really disappointed. The box they came in feels cheap and poorly made. It seems like Zales is becoming more of an outlet store. Expected better quality presentation for the price.
Had such a great visit to the Zales location at Arnot Mall in Horseheads, NY. My husband and I brought in our rings for cleaning and inspection. The team was incredibly helpful and professional. They not only cleaned and inspected our rings thoroughly, but they also took time to look at a Mother's Ring I own that's been losing some stones. They gave us solid advice on what we should do about it. Really can't ask for better service than that.
I've made two online purchases from Zales, about a month apart, and both times they cancelled my orders saying items were out of stock. They send you emails and texts about clearance sales that they don't actually have in inventory. When you call about it, all you get is an apology with no real solution. Skip Zales online and shop somewhere else.
Ordered something online and received a damaged, empty box. Zales told me they'd get back to me in up to two weeks. This is honestly the worst online shopping experience I've had. There's basically no customer support if anything goes wrong. I never got my order and never got a refund. Do not order from them online. The support is nonexistent.
My experience at the Colorado Springs location was absolutely terrible from beginning to end. I bought a ring as a gift for my wife and everything went wrong. The price I was quoted was way lower than what I got charged at checkout. When I asked about it, the staff couldn't give me any real explanation and just said the higher amount was correct. It felt like a bait and switch. Things got worse when they had to move the ring between locations. Not only did it take forever, but the ring actually went missing. A valuable piece meant as a special gift just disappeared while they had it. The manager's excuse was insulting. They claimed the employee who lost it was mentally ill, like that somehow makes it okay that they lost my jewelry. This company's inability to take responsibility and their unprofessional behavior was really disappointing.
Wish I'd checked reviews before ordering. Signet owns Zales along with several other stores that used to be great, and clearly things have gone downhill. I got an order that wasn't what was described and the packaging was damaged. When I tried to get help from customer service, I couldn't reach anyone who could actually solve the problem. It seems like they don't care about their products or customers anymore. The quality has definitely declined and customer service is basically nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and support smaller local jewelers instead. They actually stand behind what they sell.
Zales charged me for an item I never received. They didn't even file my claim for two weeks and then told me there was nothing they could do. They waited almost a month to ask me to keep the packaging. The whole interaction was rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend shopping there and won't be going back.
Avoid Zales completely. I bought a gold chain for around five grand and wore it for less than three months before I started seeing gold flakes falling off onto my skin. I set it down on a cloth to check it out and watched as more flakes came off. I have video proof of this happening. They allowed me to return it but didn't credit my card back to the correct balance. Now they're refusing to refund the money I paid toward the chain. This is absolutely a ripoff and I'm taking legal action. Don't waste your money here.
My time at the Sandusky store was fantastic. I worked with manager Joe to design a custom ring and he truly went above and beyond to make sure it matched my vision perfectly. The entire staff was welcoming and super helpful. The jeweler on staff is seriously talented. I got the sapphire ring I've always dreamed of. I've sent several friends there and they've all had great visits too. Thanks Joe!
I'm thrilled with my experience at the Sandusky location. I worked with store manager Joe to create a custom ring and he really went the extra mile to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Everyone on the staff was genuinely kind and willing to help. The in-house jeweler is seriously talented. My sapphire ring turned out to be the ring of my dreams. I've recommended the store to friends and they've all had great experiences too. Thanks so much Joe!
Had a terrible experience with a repair at Zales. I needed a diamond cross soldered to fit my necklace and they added extra gold to it. The way they soldered it meant the pendant stuck out awkwardly and I had to struggle to get the clasp around to the back of my neck. After a month of doing this, my necklace from Aruba snapped. I bought a replacement but it wouldn't fit through the cross because of how they soldered it. I brought it back and they actually admitted they'd soldered it wrong, but then told me they couldn't fix it. They wanted to charge me again even though I already paid them to do it right the first time. I'm stuck with a fifteen hundred dollar cross that doesn't fit any chain properly. I'm not giving them more money. I'm having another jeweler fix their mistake. They just care about making money, not doing quality work.
My necklace snapped after just a few times wearing it. Since it was past the return window, Zales suggested I buy a warranty plan because they said it would probably break again. That doesn't make sense to me. If your jewelry keeps breaking, maybe the problem is the quality of what you're selling, not that customers need a warranty.
