After just one wash, the black jogging outfit with all those bright colors started fading like crazy. I took extra care by turning everything inside out and using cold water, but when it came out of the dryer it looked even worse. The garment looks aged now and I'm really disappointed with the quality.

My order took forever to arrive and I had to send multiple emails asking where it was. When I tried to return some pieces, they refused to let me do it at a local store and wanted to charge me between three and four dollars per item. That's absolutely ridiculous. I won't be ordering from them again.

This place is unbelievable. I placed an order in early July and still haven't received anything. They keep telling me it'll be one more week but nothing happens. So much for getting school clothes on time!!!

This is absolutely ridiculous and feels like false advertising. How are they constantly posting new sales on their site when they haven't even shipped previous orders yet? This seems like something people should be able to take legal action over or at least settle as a class lawsuit!

I wish I could rate this lower. I bought five uniform skirts on sale and it took three weeks to get them. When my daughter tried them on they were way too small. The sizing runs narrow compared to other brands. I called about returning them and was told it would cost three dollars and fifty cents per item. I paid forty dollars total for the five skirts but would need to pay seventeen to send them back. I will absolutely never shop here again. I'm really let down by this first experience. The skirts were really cute and I'm bummed that their return policy is so terrible.

I ordered a black fleece hoodie and after waiting over a month and a half it finally showed up. The problem is it wasn't even close to what I ordered. Instead I got a cheap blue shirt that I didn't want.

I had no idea my gift card wasn't valid anymore. I didn't even realize Justice was closing down stores! That money was completely wasted.

I emailed asking for an update on my order that had been sitting for more than a month, and their response was to just cancel all three of my orders without explanation. Meanwhile, my aunt ordered after me and got her shipment without any issues.

I ordered something in early August and the only update I got was that one item was refunded because they were out of stock. After waiting almost two weeks with no shipping info, I reached out asking for an update. They responded saying they were swamped with back to school orders and that it would take another seven to fourteen days to process and ship, offering a refund if I wanted it. It seems like if you ask for a status update they just move your order to the back of the queue. I really want this order! I found some amazing clearance deals online but waiting for them to actually process and ship it has been absolutely crazy.

The prices here are way too high compared to what you can get elsewhere. I found similar or better quality clothes at much lower prices at Aeropostale. On their Black Friday sale I grabbed three pairs of jeans for fifty-eight dollars, while Justice was charging twenty-two dollars per pair even with their black friday discount. Ever since the ownership changed, the quality has really gone downhill and their selection online is pretty limited too.

I'm so tired of getting emails saying items are in stock only to check the website and find nothing available. My inbox is getting flooded with false availability notices. If they can't keep up with production of basic items like leggings, they need to either fix it or shut down. This spam has got to stop.

The shipping and processing times are absolutely ridiculous. They take like five days just to process your order. I order online from lots of places and nothing takes this long anywhere else. This is crazy and I probably won't order again. It's the same problem with the backpacks too. I ordered way in advance and still had to wait forever. Before they let people order they should let them know upfront that it's going to be three to four weeks before anything arrives. I'm really frustrated.

We bought a gift card in December and the company knowingly sold it to us right before announcing bankruptcy. The card is no longer valid shortly after we purchased it. They basically took money from a child. No one has even responded to us about it and the card doesn't work with their new business plan they're trying to launch.

This is seriously my favorite store of all time. The clothing options are amazing and so on trend! I'm honestly upset that I don't have more money to buy everything they have. I'm really into fashion and I know what makes a good clothing store, so trust me when I say this place deserves all five stars.

My delivery went to my old address and when I contacted Justice they didn't even hesitate. They immediately reshipped the missing items without any pushback. The customer service here is seriously fantastic. Thank you Justice for making this right, it's exactly why I keep coming back and plan to stay loyal.
