Both items I've ordered from them arrived broken. When I asked for replacements, they refused. I'm done shopping there and definitely can't recommend them.

Got a large Indi Neoprene diaper bag as a gift and it hasn't lasted. After less than two years, the zipper pulls snapped off and the metal adjustment piece on one strap broke. For what this costs, I expected better durability and support from the company. Not recommending their products based on how they hold up.

Ordered a bag on December 14th and didn't see it tracked until December 30th, with arrival expected around January 6th. That's way too long. Looks like they batch products at a warehouse until they have enough to request a pickup from the carrier. Takes roughly a month to get items. Not acceptable. Other retailers manage to deliver in a couple weeks. Really disappointed in how Dagne Dover handles shipping for customers.

Ordered a large Landon carryall in camel and it showed up with a noticeable stain right on the front near the logo. Not the experience I was hoping for when opening a new bag.

Three years in and my tote still looks practically brand new from regular everyday use. Excellent durability.

Got a jewelry case that arrived with a large stain on the top surface. It clearly shipped that way, showing their quality control isn't great. I tried reaching out via email and social media but no one responded for over a week. I had to dispute the charge with my card company to get anywhere. This company has serious issues with both product checking and customer service. Not coming back.

I keep coming back to Dagne Dover because their bags are genuinely the best. The organizational features are really impressive and everything is well designed. I own several neoprene styles including the Dakota backpack, Micah crossbody, Landon duffle, and Mara phone carrier. They all perform exactly as described, though I do wish the Mara had more capacity. Haven't had issues that needed customer service so can't speak to that department.

Got the Tokyo bag in stone and immediately had issues. The handles started falling apart after just one use. The plastic locks are flimsy and pop open constantly while you're wearing it. The design looked great but the actual construction is terrible for a $325 price tag. I emailed customer support twice and got nothing back. Won't shop here again. The whole experience was frustrating.

Avoid the Oyster Neoprene option. The pictures make it look like a uniform creamy color, but when you get it, the fabric and hardware don't match at all. Two totally different shades.

Works great and the construction is solid. Use it every single day.

Received a backpack as a gift last year and it tore within twelve months. I barely used it and treat my things carefully. Found a tear and some holes appearing on it even though I only take it out a couple times a month and never rough it up. Really let down by how it fell apart so quickly, especially for the price. When I sent them pictures of the damage and asked for help, they said it was just cosmetic and wouldn't help. I can't use it though because I don't want the tear spreading or water getting inside. For an expensive bag to deteriorate this fast with minimal use and then get no support from the company is really disappointing. Less than a year and it's already damaged.

This bag isn't worth it. The construction feels cheap and the Camel color stains from plain water. Even washing doesn't remove the marks. The inside is cramped too, honestly doesn't fit what should fit. My husband wasn't a fan even though it looks nice aesthetically. Then we misplaced the changing pad during travel and reached out. They said no replacements and wanted me to buy a larger pad for $60 on top of the $190 I already spent on the bag itself. That's asking for nearly a third of the original cost. The smaller pad barely fit anyway so their suggestion made no sense. I've had better experiences with other diaper bag companies who actually send replacement pads free of charge and care about quality. This is worth skipping.

Purchased the Wade Diaper bag using a gift card from a department store and after about 10 days the padding inside the shoulder strap started separating. Called the company and they said I'd need the original receipt to process a replacement. Since I used a gift card and didn't keep the receipt, they refused to help. Less than a year of ownership and they won't stand behind what they sell. Really frustrating and I won't be ordering from them again.

Really pleased with how my fanny pack looks and works. Currently waiting for a medium backpack that I'm taking on an international trip. Really appreciate the thoughtful design and the use of recycled materials. The only downside is shipping costs to my location make it pricey, but I'm still happy with my purchase.
