Ordered a jacket in size 14 online but when it arrived it was absolutely massive, running at least two sizes too big and loose around the midsection. Paid £3.95 for shipping and then was informed by customer service I'd need to cover a £2.95 processing fee to return it, totaling almost £7 in costs. Their response wasn't helpful and they blamed me for not reading customer reviews closely enough and not measuring myself against their size guide. I've bought plenty of size 14 clothing and never had to jump through hoops like this. After filing a complaint, I got the exact same response. I'd have to accept the £7 loss and send the jacket back. Be cautious with this retailer.
