Buyer Beware: Really bad software and absolutely terrible customer service. I got their AI image generator with a super detailed prompt spelling out exactly what I wanted. After three attempts at generating images, it was obvious the tool wasn't going to cut it. Everything it created was completely wrong, not just slightly different, but totally missing the mark and unusable. Within 15 minutes I asked for a refund. I'd only made 3 images, hadn't downloaded anything, and asked for my money back basically right after I knew it wasn't going to work. They said no. They kept the cash after I generated 3 images, downloaded zero, and requested a refund in 15 minutes. This company doesn't stand behind what they're selling. If their AI generator actually worked the way they describe, they wouldn't be scared to give refunds to customers who find out within minutes that it's broken. Do your homework before paying. I'd look into other options like competitors that actually care about their customers.

Very letdown with what this service offers. What they promised and what I actually got were two different things, and the packages were misleading. I felt like I paid a lot of money for nothing in return. I cannot recommend this. TOTAL SCAM.

Got ripped off. We thought the free trial was actually free, but it turned out we were locked into a full year subscription with no way to get out of it. We tried cancelling multiple times, but they kept saying we had agreed to the terms. We never did.

I wish I could give this a zero. I used their photos regularly until one mistake changed everything. I accidentally clicked the button for a year-long subscription, and the person who answered claimed to be customer service but acted more like they were protecting the company. They were outright hostile and argumentative when I asked to cancel. I immediately called my credit card company, disputed the charge, and got my money back right away through them. It's crazy that a credit card company can resolve the issue faster than the actual business. I've spent hundreds of dollars with this company in the past, but that's all over now. How does any business think this is smart when they're treating the very customers they depend on so badly?

Once you sign up, you're stuck with their subscription and you can't cancel. Just stay away.

Their subscription cancellation process is totally broken. I politely asked them to shut down my account and stop charging me since I don't need their service anymore, but instead of helping me, I had to go nuclear and block my card and get a new one. Let them deal with their messed up business practices.

The chat support people are really unfriendly and honestly don't seem to care about helping customers at all. They just disconnect the chats. Definitely steer clear. I accidentally signed up for an annual plan instead of something else, which was frustrating since our company has several accounts and we work with partner companies too.

Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. I thought I was getting quality images with this subscription, but it fell short quickly. The specific images I needed simply weren't in their collection. When I contacted their team, I got the same generic response they probably send everyone, telling me they'd investigate but nothing actually changed while my credit card kept getting charged monthly. Before you sign up, check out other reviews first because I definitely wish I had. The whole cancellation thing is designed to be confusing, and the support team is better at sounding sympathetic than actually helping. If you want a service that's flexible, honest, and treats customers with respect, this isn't it. It's basically pay now and regret it later. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank since the support people couldn't help and the service didn't deliver what they promised.

Don't touch iStock, their free trial is seriously a trap. You can lose money even if you hardly use what they offer. I signed up for the free trial back in late November and grabbed one image just to check things out. Then I got really sick with an infection that had me on heavy medication, making me completely out of it. I couldn't touch my laptop or even process the reminder I'd set to cancel before the trial ended. By the time I was healthy enough to look at my accounts, I saw they'd charged me €86.10 for a full year I'd never use. I reached out the very next day, explained my medical situation in detail, and asked if they'd refund me given the circumstances. They just said no. They kept pointing to their policy and showed absolutely zero compassion, even though I'd used the service once and literally had no way to cancel because of my condition. Maybe they're technically following their rules, but it shows a real lack of basic humanity.

Not worth it. These guys lock you into an annual subscription and then hit you with a $70 cancellation fee (about $85 Canadian). Total ripoff.

This place is an absolute mess. I used one photo during my trial, called them to cancel, and they told me it was handled. Nope, they charged me $70 anyway for a subscription because supposedly they never got the cancellation. Then they had the nerve to say their cancellation policy is super clear and basically told me too bad. I've never encountered a company this difficult to work with. So now I'm out $70 for a simple stock image. Ridiculous.

Don't be fooled by what looks like cheap pricing. The per-image credit cost isn't shown upfront. I bought what seemed like enough credits for my work. Then I downloaded my first picture and discovered the next one costs triple the price. Definitely caught me off guard. And unlike other places, they don't include basic editing tools, you gotta pay extra to crop, remove backgrounds, or make any changes. The sticker price might seem lower, but when you actually use the service, it ends up costing way more than other professional stock sites.

This company is completely unethical and doesn't make any sense. Their support is awful. I signed up for a free trial and forgot to cancel, so they charged me 89 CAD for the entire year. I asked for a refund because I had no intention of using the service for a whole year. Instead of refunding me, they just cancelled my subscription. Now they have my money and I get nothing.
