The concealer formula is good, but the applicator wand snapped off inside the tube, which makes it annoying to apply. For the price point, I expected way better quality control on the packaging.

Don't click anything after completing your order or you'll be billed full price plus shipping, even if there's a sale going on. I never added mascara to my cart but it got charged anyway. I don't want it and it's going back, and I want all my money back. I told the company and their support is awful. I'm not ordering from them again.

Honestly wish I'd checked the reviews first. Buy from Sephora instead if you want their stuff, at least you'll actually get your order.

They hit you with a $19.21 charge for the 'discovery trial set' if you decide not to grab the full size later. What a scam, especially when the stuff gave my skin an allergic reaction. I tried letting them know what happened and got nothing back.

WORST experience ever! Ordered on March 6th and by the 17th I had nothing and no tracking info. I'm gonna dispute this with my bank to get my cash back. Skip this brand and find something else. Update: took nearly three weeks before items showed up.

Placed my order on January 15th and got confirmation it was shipping on the 17th. For roughly two weeks the tracking was totally broken, so I reached out to support and got a response that didn't help at all. After a full month my stuff arrived, but one of the pigment bottles looked like it was half used and had a really watery consistency, while the other two were totally normal. I can only give two stars because international returns from outside the US are super difficult, plus their customer service has been absolutely useless. The two week tracking blackout had me worried the package was lost. This is not the experience I was hoping for.

I ordered on January 15th and they said my package was shipping on the 17th. The tracking didn't work for about two weeks, so I messaged customer service and they responded but weren't helpful at all. A month later the order finally came, but one of the pigments looked nearly empty and super runny, while my other two pigments were fine. I'm giving two stars only because returning anything with international shipping from outside the US is a nightmare, and their support team is completely useless. Plus the shipping issues made me think the package got lost. Not happy about this one.

I'm really frustrated! I had questions about the discovery set and didn't see any info about being required to purchase the full collection within a certain timeframe. If I'd known that, I never would have gone for the sample. Of course I got no response. I sent a bunch of emails with nothing back. Making customers pay nearly thirty bucks for samples when they don't realize they're obligated to buy the full size later is basically a scam. Avoid this brand. Absolutely the worst support experience!! Without getting into all the details, the main issue is I've reached out to their support team repeatedly and never hear back. I've sent several support emails and get complete silence. I can't speak to all their items, but if you have any concerns, need to swap something because the color isn't right like they claim on their site, or literally anything else, you're stuck with nothing.

Ordered on November 28th, 2024 for around two hundred dollars. It's now January 20th, 2025 and nothing's arrived. I moved during this time, so the company sent a replacement to my new place. First replacement went to the old address anyway, so now two orders are stuck in transit to where I used to live. The third shipment still hasn't left the US even though it was supposedly express and sent right after the misdirected one. Haus Labs needs to fix their shipping process or stop doing overseas orders until they get their act together. I called the courier in my country and they said only the sender can change the address. One email from Haus Labs to the courier would've gotten my stuff to me weeks back. Don't buy from them, their products will show up in local stores before your order does.

I got some stuff during a Black Friday promotion before December rolled around. It's been almost a month now, nothing's shown up, and my gift won't make it for the holidays. Their customer support is also pretty bad, nobody's really getting back to you. I had to write them twice since the first time I didn't hear anything for days. Based on the tracking, they didn't even ship it out for ten days after I ordered, which seems way too long. This is my first and last purchase from them.

I'm obsessed with this makeup brand despite it being on the pricier side. Discovered it because I'm really into Lady Gaga.
