Total waste of money! These products don't work and feel like a scam.

I really wish I'd read through the reviews before purchasing. After getting blonde highlights done, I wanted to invest in a quality product to help repair my bleach-damaged hair. I bought the Olaplex number 4 and 5 in the larger size for over $80, and I'm seriously disappointed. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling dry and didn't provide any real hydration or improvement. It was a complete waste of money. I've found that cheaper alternatives from drugstore brands actually work much better and cost way less. I can't recommend this brand at all.

Had a really bad experience with my purchase. I got sent the wrong item from their sale and they won't exchange it or honor the sale price. They're making me return it first and then wait for a refund. I've already filed a dispute with my credit card company.

My experience shopping at Olaplex was really disappointing. I placed an order because there was a promotion for a free item with purchase, but I only got one thing shipped instead of both items. When I called customer service about the missing free product, they claimed it was sent but I never received it. Instead of making it right, they refused to send the missing item and said it was out of stock. They also wouldn't let me return what I did get without charging me a restocking fee. This feels like false advertising, and honestly, it's dishonest. If you're going to run a promotion, you need to actually deliver on it. I'm not shopping there again.

I've been using Olaplex No 4P for about six months now. It does a great job keeping my highlights from turning brassy. My hair is curly, thick, and stays really soft. Definitely a great product.

Olaplex nr 3 is literally the only reason I still have hair. It's absolutely incredible and the only product your hair truly needs. My platinum blonde would be impossible to maintain with my naturally fine, brittle hair without it. I go through a small bottle every month. If I could afford to use it daily, I would. No other product can repair hair the way this formula does. It's scientifically superior. I really can't stress enough how essential this is for anyone with blonde hair. I'm so grateful to the people who created this miracle product.
