This has been absolutely terrible. Like many others, getting my watch serviced and refinished turned into a complete nightmare. I paid for a 10 year service with an estimated turnaround of 4 weeks. I shipped my watch back in late August and still don't have it. The support team gives shockingly poor responses and won't reply to email messages. Phoning is really the only way to get any kind of update on your case. After a bunch of calls, they located it and completed the service quickly. I paid the bill this week but haven't received any acknowledgment or information about when it's being shipped back. I'd strongly recommend staying away from this company entirely.

Really let down by this brand overall. The pens themselves are quite nice. I picked up a Leonard Bernstein ballpoint and it looks fantastic. However, once the ink ran out, I realized their refills weren't compatible. I called their support team several times and sent emails too. First they told me to buy refills that wouldn't work, then they basically ghosted me and quit responding to my messages. The real issue is they don't seem to have any fitting refills available for this pricey pen, which I believe is from the mid-90s. They just disappeared. It's frustrating that such a beautiful timepiece comes with such poor quality materials. They want almost five hundred dollars to swap out the band. If a luxury brand strap only lasts six months, I should've stuck with my Cartier Ballon Bleu from before, which has been flawless over more than a decade of ownership.
