The clothing is low quality and poorly constructed, basically disposable stuff. The drawstrings snap after just a couple of wears. It's so aggravating. I won't be ordering from here again.

I've always had wonderful experiences shopping at Blair. They carry things you really can't find anywhere else. Their sizing has been reliable and I've gotten my orders right on schedule. I went to place an order today and found out they're not accepting orders anymore. That really bummed me out. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that their online store stays open so I can keep getting the same items.

I'm updating my rating from 1 star to 3 because I finally got my order, though it took nearly a month. It showed up today nicely packaged and everything looks great, but I'm still frustrated about the wait time. When I mentioned to a friend that I'd placed an order, she told me hers had been sitting for 3 weeks and didn't arrive until a full month later. My order was placed in June and I didn't get it until mid-July, even though it was supposed to come sooner. Fed Ex handled the final delivery, thank goodness, because it was originally scheduled to go through their Smartpost service which would've gone to the Post Office and taken even longer. My sister ordered just 30 minutes before me but got totally different updates about when hers would arrive, with multiple changes to the delivery date. This company's shipping and delivery system is completely backwards. Great sales don't matter if you can't take care of your customers.

I've been a loyal Blair customer because of their quality, fast delivery, and great customer service team. I was really disappointed when I ordered 10 pair of men's shorts back in early June and heard nothing. When I tried calling, the system said they don't take phone orders anymore. I'd also gotten word that their rewards program was being discontinued. I left a message and eventually got an update that my order was shipping. It came in today. It's sad to see a company that had so many good products struggle like this.

I wish I could give Blair zero stars. I ordered two pairs of shoes on May 30th and they didn't get here until July 9th. When I called, all I got was a recording telling me how busy they were. I wore the shoes once and they didn't fit right, so I donated them to charity. They kept slipping off my feet and I actually fell because of it.

I ordered two pairs of slacks on June 7th and didn't get them until July 8th. That's a month-long wait. The items looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The sizing was way off compared to what I'm used to from other brands. When I placed my order, there was no indication that it would be final sale. I called customer service today to ask about returns and discovered that anything bought after June 2nd is now marked as final sale, but I was never told about that change. The combination of slow shipping, incorrect product photos, poor sizing, and sneaky final sale policies is inexcusable. I won't be shopping with them going forward and I'd suggest you avoid them too, because you might end up caught in one of their questionable practices.

The sweats I received are nice, but it took 23 days after ordering for them to get to me. The promised delivery window was 2 weeks. Both customer service and the shipping department are as disappointing as that timeline.

This company shares your personal information everywhere. Once you make a purchase, you'll get junk mail catalogs arriving constantly. On top of that, their shipping charges are way too high and it takes weeks or even months to get your order with barely any updates along the way. It's a disaster and I'm done with them for good.

I ran into a couple of serious problems. I ordered in the middle of May and didn't receive it until June 7th. Customer service blamed high order volume for the delay. When everything arrived, I decided to send it all back. Their return process is terrible. They charge at least 10 dollars just to send something back. The instructions are unclear and complicated, and they make you use both UPS and USPS for some reason without explaining why. I'm not even sure I'll get refunded at this point. I'm never shopping with them again, no matter what the deal is. Those weird return rules seem designed to slow down refunds, so I'll definitely check back to make sure I get paid. If you're thinking about ordering, be careful and reconsider.
