I'd give them negative stars if I could. Their customer service and how they handle issues is absolutely terrible. When I booked, someone told me I had 24 hours to cancel. The next day I called back well within that window, but suddenly they're saying that the 24-hour policy doesn't apply to certain hotels even though it's advertised all over the site. I wasn't trying to cancel anyway, just switch hotels because it wouldn't work with my husband's health needs. They said they'd email the hotel about a waiver, but three days later I found out they never even sent it to the correct hotel. After six more emails with no reply, I called about 15 times and got told the hotel rejected the waiver and cancellation. When I asked to just cancel the hotel since I won't be there, they said there would be a penalty.

They give you inaccurate information about the resorts just to close the deal. When I booked, they told me transportation was included. Once I got to Aruba, they said that wasn't true. The property doesn't have elevators and feels more like a budget motel. They claimed it was all-inclusive but you actually have to wait for a shuttle to go eat at the restaurants.

Book directly with the hotel and airline instead. You'll have better luck avoiding cancellations and changes, plus the rates are the same or even cheaper when you go straight to the source. When I needed to change our flight, they hit us with a brand penalty charge.

Avoid this company at all costs. We booked a package deal to a resort and were supposed to get vouchers for various activities and services on-site worth several hundred dollars total. When we got there and tried to redeem them at the spa and other locations, we were told we'd have to split them up in ways that would cost us extra money. Nothing in their materials mentioned this requirement. We called the company at least seven times during our stay trying to get answers, and they just hung up on us repeatedly. Completely unprofessional. Some of their phone numbers didn't even work. They refused to fix the problem now that they had our cash. We ended up not using any of the vouchers at all. Do yourself a favor and stay away. You've been warned.

Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. I booked a trip here and the site said multiple times I could cancel for a full refund within 24 hours. I've been telling everyone I know how great they are.
