The bags are now missing the cardboard tube in the middle. This is not a good quality decision by the company. Yes, you save money by cutting corners, but your product quality has suffered. I used to love this brand, but I'm switching to something that actually meets my standards.

I ordered bags in the 11 inch size but got sent the 8 inch ones instead. When I pointed out the order was wrong, they told me I had to pay the shipping to send back their mistake and then buy the correct size again. That's not fair. They messed up, so I shouldn't have to cover the cost.

Don't buy from this brand. I got a foodsaver vacuum sealer with an accessory and they're incompatible. I tried calling during their posted hours and got a message saying the office was shut.
