This company is not trustworthy! They manipulate customers however they want. I ordered three of the same item all marked as final sale, which I accepted since I knew what I was buying. Processing took 5 days so I called to check what was up. They said it would ship that day, but then they cancelled the whole thing claiming there was a pricing mistake and they had to raise the price back. Total ripoff. Won't be shopping there again.

The backpack showed up 4 days later in great shape. This was legitimately an amazing deal and it actually arrived ahead of schedule. Wanted to throw up a glowing review since they're getting slammed with bad ones. Super satisfied and will absolutely order from them again.

Wanted to put out a positive review since they're getting hammered with negative ones. I'm genuinely happy and I'll order from them again.

Not sure how they got my information, but they keep emailing me constantly without permission. I've unsubscribed multiple times, marked them spam, flagged them as phishing, and they still find their way to my inbox. I'm concerned they're using some kind of sophisticated hacking tool to access email accounts without authorization. This is a serious privacy issue that worries me. Everyone should be cautious about their security practices.

Camp Saver really fumbled my recent order. I bought several items, including one that was on backorder. They emailed saying the backorder wouldn't arrive for another month, which was fine. But then nothing happened with the other stuff for two weeks. I contacted them and kept getting responses about the backorder but zero info on the rest. This dragged on until nearly a month after ordering, when everything finally shipped together. I asked why they couldn't have sent the available items earlier and they said keeping shipping free meant bundling everything together. Makes no sense since the backorder item arrived on a completely different carrier anyway. They could've shipped everything else out immediately and sent the last item when it arrived. I needed this gear for a camping trip and their slow process meant I couldn't take it with me.

This was hands down one of the three worst shopping experiences I've had. Doesn't even deserve a single star. I placed an order and paid immediately when there were plenty of items in stock. Four days later, I get a message saying the order was cancelled because the product was no longer available.

Found a Mammut jacket listed on another site, but they didn't stock my size. I spotted the same jacket on Camp Saver for $150 cheaper, though I'd read some mixed reviews online. The website showed only one in Large available. Called them up and got help right away - turns out there was one left at the warehouse and they shipped it same day. Took the risk and it paid off. Got my jacket in 3 days, perfect condition. Don't write off this company based on negative reviews. They're legit and I'll shop there again.
