Bought the Mosey short boot and wasn't impressed at either the original $90 or the holiday sale price of $74. Now they're marked down to $60, which feels right. The suede quality is decent and it's well made. The lining isn't real shearling though, it's cheap fake fur, though the foot bed does have some real shearling and feels supportive. The boot sits low on the ankle, barely covering it. Not buying these again. They should probably cost around $40.

This is a total scam. You won't get your money back when you send stuff back. Everything is handled by bots. One thing to know: when you dial their number, it adds an extra digit and won't work. Delete that first digit and you can actually get through, though you'll be on hold forever. I had to threaten legal action in emails before a human being finally responded. They gave me the runaround about warehouse delays, but I did eventually get a refund. Their site says add ten days to shipping time before expecting your money back, yet it took over a month after I mailed the shoes back.
