I used to love shopping here, but things have really changed for the worse. Bealls just isn't what it used to be anymore. The inventory has shifted way too much towards synthetic blends when I'm looking for natural fabrics. Plus, the deals have practically disappeared. Barely any discounts, promotions, or coupons these days, and senior discounts are long gone. I'm officially taking my business elsewhere.

The prices are good and my wife enjoys shopping there, but I'm uncomfortable with her going alone to the Florida City location. I've personally witnessed shoplifters walking in and leaving with full bags they brought with them. There's basically no security in that store and it's concerning. I worry it's only a matter of time before they start targeting customers too. It feels like a problem waiting to happen.

My husband and I make a point to visit every Bealls Outlet location we come across. Of all the staff members we've encountered, there's one woman who stands out as the best. She's always eager to jump in and assist, and she has a gift for making you feel like a valued friend while staying completely professional. We really appreciate her kindness and helpfulness.

Called about my account and discovered a payment through my bank didn't go through, but no one at the store notified me. When I called customer service, they said I'd be charged a late fee anyway regardless of my bank's error. That's their policy apparently. Then I made a $30 payment toward my balance, and they told me my minimum was $37, so they hit me with another $40 late fee. I stopped using this card months ago but keep getting bills. I'm stuck paying it off to protect my credit, but I'm done using their card and done shopping in their stores. I even tried returning something with a receipt and they wouldn't accept it. Never had this problem anywhere else.

Shopped at the Bealls outlet on Gulf Boulevard in Pasadena. Got a nice birthday discount, but lost it the very next day when I exchanged some tops for a different size. Frustrating that the discount disappeared just like that.

Just a heads up about the credit card company they use. The Better Business Bureau has rated them poorly for a reason. They hold onto payments longer than they should so they can turn around and slap you with late fees. If you decide to get their card anyway, proceed with caution.

Stopped by the Palatka Bealls yesterday and it was such a pleasant visit. The greeter, a wonderful lady named Rose Mary, made me feel welcome the moment I stepped through the doors. She was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Offered me information about their credit card and spoke so nicely. The bathrooms were immaculate and the whole store was well-maintained. This woman deserves recognition. I wish more stores had staff like her!

Visited the Bealls location in Palatka, FL yesterday and had an amazing experience! Right when I walked in, this incredible greeter welcomed me with so much warmth and professionalism. She was courteous, eloquent, and really knew how to provide outstanding customer service. She even told me about their credit card option. The store itself was spotless, especially the restrooms. This employee deserves way more than five stars. Every Bealls location needs someone like her working there!

Found Bealls Florida online while shopping for shoes and apparel for my wife. Since we don't live in Florida, visiting a physical store wasn't an option, but their website is really impressive. The layout is intuitive, the prices are fair, and I ended up buying myself some shoes I didn't really need just because they were priced so well. Whatever you do, don't order shoes online from here. I've been waiting over a month for my order. First pair showed up damaged, second pair wasn't even the right style. I've been charged multiple times and still don't have what I paid for. This is completely unacceptable, especially since I needed them for work. Months later and I'm still dealing with this mess.

Had a terrible experience at the Fort Myers location on 6 Mile Cypress. Tried to buy a top with no tag. The staff couldn't locate it in the system, so they called someone else to help search. Fifteen minutes went by. The cashier was incredibly rude through this whole ordeal. The least they could have done was offer the item free or at a significant discount, plus an apology. Instead, nothing. Very disappointed.

Ordered a pair of shoes online and they arrived within a week. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks for the quick delivery!
