Great customer service and excellent products. Really happy with my experience.

I've been wearing Everlast gear during my boxing and fitness sessions and I'm really satisfied with how it performs. The gloves fit well, hold up great through tough workouts, and give solid wrist support. You can tell this brand knows what they're doing when it comes to fighting sports equipment. It's the gear I count on every time I'm training.

Paid extra to get my order delivered early and it still showed up late. Not impressed with that service.

My order was supposed to arrive by a certain date and it's been over a week with no updates. The tracking number isn't working and I have no idea who to contact about this.

This was supposed to be a birthday gift. It arrived a day late, and I'm really upset about that. The price I paid was almost a hundred dollars plus shipping, but the box showed it was discounted at 30%. Can't find a way to contact them about this. Really disgusted with the whole situation.

I used to think Everlast was a solid brand but I'm disappointed. The stuff I ordered was pricey, and when it got here it had discount stickers slapped all over it from another store. Feels like I got played on the price. Plus their website contact form is broken so I can't even reach anyone about it.

Got charged full retail when I should have gotten the sale price. When the items showed up, they had a 50% off tag on them from another retailer. Now I'm stuck either returning them or fighting for a refund. This is frustrating because they were supposed to be a birthday gift for my dad and now the timing is ruined.

Wish I could give this zero stars. Customer service is awful. Everyone sounds like they're reading off a card with no real conversation or concern for your specific issue. As for the gym itself, the setup is odd, it's pretty dark, and the sound system is turned up way too loud. I can't wait to cancel my membership.

Bought gloves a while back and never opened them until today. When I finally tried them on, they were in terrible shape like something had chewed on them. Not buying from this company again and definitely not recommending them. Really disappointing and won't get more products from here.

At the Birmingham location, it seems like the women's section gets ignored and complaints aren't taken seriously. Exercise classes that women love have been shut down without asking anyone first. In the pool and sauna, groups of men stare at women while staff does nothing about it. Equipment that needs fixing stays broken and the mobile app is a pain to use.

Bought two items that didn't fit right. Called to return them and was told I'd have to pay shipping to send them back. The items cost over 130 dollars with tax, and return shipping was almost 50 bucks. Hoping I get the rest of my money without issues. Shopping in store only from now on.

Ordered a punch bag in mid-July with an expected delivery date around July 11th, and nothing showed up. No communication from the company. Support responses took forever, like 48 hours each time. No phone number available to call. When I messaged on social media, no one helped. They said the item was lost. I ordered again but then got told it was shipped, only to have them say there was a warehouse issue so it wasn't actually shipped. I demanded a refund right away but heard nothing. The next day they cancelled the order by email. Got another ticket and waited almost another week for a reply saying the refund went through. I got my money back but this whole experience was exhausting and nobody seemed to care. I'm telling everyone to avoid ordering from this company online. Customer service was basically nonexistent and dealing with everything felt like pulling teeth. They did offer free shipping and 10% off as a gesture, but I'm done with them for good.

Since the new management took over, some things have gotten better but plenty have gotten worse. I'm upset the hot tubs were removed without asking anyone first. My main issue is how the instructors are trained to yell at people during class. It feels mean and unwelcoming from the start, and they don't explain exercises or ask about injuries. One female instructor is wonderful and does all of this, but most of the others don't bother. Why teach instructors to start classes like that? It's like they assume everyone knows what to do. Working out should be enjoyable, and new people especially deserve respect instead of feeling like they're being scolded. We're adults with stressful jobs, and the gym should help our mental health, not hurt it. I've stopped going to some classes because of how the instructors conduct themselves.

You can't get anyone on the phone here. I've been trying for days to call about various questions but nobody picks up.

The gym at the lakeside location has really gone downhill. Tons of broken machines and cables that haven't been fixed in ages. If you're thinking about joining, I'd skip it.
