Had a really frustrating situation with NYX. They shipped me the wrong items, so I sent them back with a tracking receipt and kept records of every email and phone conversation including dates and rep names. They still refused to issue my refund. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get them to finally send money back, and even then it came in two separate payments. The worst part was reading their response to complaints where they made claims that didn't match my documentation at all. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they gave false information. Eventually I got paid back, but only because I fought for it. I won't be ordering from them again after this.

The quality has really gone downhill. I bought a new Epic Ink liner and it came completely dried out. Couldn't even make a single line with it. Figured I was just unlucky so I picked up another one, and guess what, same problem. I tried reaching out to customer service and they just ignored me completely. This used to be one of my favorite eyeliners but now it's just not usable. Can't recommend this brand anymore.

Total waste of my money. I ordered a brow pencil in espresso online and I'd had that shade before, but I wanted to try their micro version. Turns out they're actually different colors, which is super confusing. When I complained to NYX customer service, they weren't helpful or apologetic at all. If they just gave different shades different names instead of confusing customers, this wouldn't be an issue. I spent money on something I literally can't use.

Really frustrated here. I purchased what was labeled as a waterproof eyeliner from NYX and the packaging clearly said waterproof. When I wore it to lunch, the server actually had to tell me my eyeliner was running all over my eyelids. I was mortified. I cleaned up and it happened again before lunch was even over. When I reached out to the company about it, they asked for lot numbers and product details. I sent everything they wanted, and they said they'd look into it. Come on, they know their product isn't actually waterproof. I'm done buying from them.

The constant stream advertising on Twitch is really obnoxious. Every stream I watch gets hit with these ads and they're not even well made. Scaling back the campaign would probably work a lot better.

Ordered two Shine Loud High Shine Lip Colors based on a friend's suggestion and was really disappointed. The product felt incredibly sticky and when I tried to remove it, it actually took some of my lip skin with it. I won't be ordering makeup from this company again. Anyone claiming this lipstick isn't sticky is not being truthful.

This was honestly the worst experience. I placed an order almost a year ago and got zero updates or order confirmations. After waiting a month, I tried emailing and they never answered back. It took six months of trying to reach them before they finally said the order was canceled. When I asked for my money back, they've been avoiding it ever since. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone, not even someone I disliked. If I had to rate them it would be way below zero. This company needs to get their act together.

Just got the NYX waterproof mascara and I'm really happy with how it performs. I use mascara daily and with my mask on, my lashes are always getting wet from my breathing. Regular mascara doesn't cut it, but this waterproof formula actually prevents that and looks amazing on my lashes too. If you deal with wet lashes or just want a dependable waterproof mascara, this is it. Around the five hour mark it gets a little damp but it's still holding up well enough for me.

Best liquid eyeliner I've tried. Over the years I've tested tons of different brands at all price points, but the Epic Ink Liner from NYX absolutely takes the crown. It's become my go-to product and I had to share how much I love it.

I honestly wouldn't give this company even one star if possible. During the pandemic when I couldn't test products in person, I followed NYX's color matching advice and their suitability guide. When I actually used the foundation they recommended, it turned my face completely orange. When I contacted them about it, they showed zero sympathy or understanding even though I explained my financial situation and physical limitations. Just a really disappointing company to work with.

Been ordering from NYX pretty regularly and mostly been okay with it, though shipping takes a while. Recently ordered some lipsticks and one tube didn't make it in the package. Customer service sent a replacement but shipping was slow again. Then I ordered a foundation and got the wrong shade. I second guessed myself and ordered once more, waited almost three weeks, and they sent the wrong shade again. I've now spent over forty dollars on products I can't actually use. I've been trying to reach customer service with no response. This company needs to do better or I'll stop ordering.

I had major issues with the matte primer. The formula was way too thick and getting it out of the tube was a real struggle. Once I finally managed to get some out and apply it, it didn't go on smoothly and left white flaky residue all over my face. I seriously wanted to send it back because I think the tube itself might have been defective. I grabbed a different primer after that and it works beautifully, so I know it was just that product.
