Initially had a sizing mixup and got the wrong item in my order, which was annoying at first. But their customer service team stepped up and was super responsive about getting it fixed. Would rate this lower if I could. The fit of the clothes I got was all over the place. When I tried to return them, it turned into a real mess. I got a gift card as part of the process and it's completely useless. Don't know what happened but the system isn't working. Not my problem to fix, but Cuts can keep the $57 I spent since apparently they need it more than a working gift card. This whole thing is frustrating.
