Absolutely the worst tracking device. Only functions if you're basically sitting on top of it.

Ordered a single four pack of tile pros and will never order from this company again. My order showed $110 but they charged me double. I ended up receiving two four packs instead of one. When I tried to return the extra set, they refused to give me a partial refund. They insisted I send everything back so they could process a full refund, then I'd have to place a new order and risk getting overcharged again.

I bought three for my keys and one for my wallet. The key ones work okay but the wallet one is completely useless. When I called support, they said I needed to pay $3 monthly for premium and that would fix it. I paid but it's still worthless. You should be embarrassed for ripping people off like this.

Absolute nonsense. Would rate it zero if I could. Basically only works if you're literally sitting on your keys. I attempted to reset my password but kept getting sent a link that wouldn't work. Spent two days struggling with it before I uninstalled and tossed the device.

I really enjoyed using my tracker for the first year, worked beautifully and kept my keys from getting lost. But once my complimentary premium access expired, it started saying the battery was permanently depleted even after replacing it. Sometimes it would barely function and eventually became completely dead to me, so I'm going to try another brand. If you're not prepared to pay the yearly subscription fee, you're wasting your money.

Not very reliable for tracking keys and sometimes doesn't locate them at all. Other times it rings like it found them when it actually hasn't.

This is just junk. Got mine on a deal and the app is free but it's still terrible. I wanted to monitor my daughter's car for theft prevention. She'd take long trips but the location wouldn't move at all. Once in a blue moon it might show somewhere in the ballpark of where she actually is, but that's basically never. I used to have a MetroPCS tracking device that was amazing, gave alerts about maintenance, showed exactly where the car was and tracked perfectly. Tile doesn't come close. I'd throw these out if someone paid me. Honestly, don't even consider buying them. Don't waste mental energy thinking about them. They're completely worthless.

Useless. Wasn't advertised as having a sealed battery, so when it dies you have to buy another one. The worst part is the sound level is incredibly quiet. Once you slip it into a purse or wallet you can't hear a peep. The location tracking is just too vague saying only nearby. This thing is about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine.

I'm confused why these reviews are so negative, but I felt I should share what I've experienced in case someone's on the fence about trying them.

I reached out to their support team and they confirmed it was still covered under warranty and shipped a replacement at no cost. The support person was knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Also impressive: for the trackers without replaceable batteries, they mail me a fresh battery each year without me having to ask. I'm genuinely shocked at the negative feedback, but wanted to share what's worked for me in case others want to give them a chance.

Heads up: This product becomes useless until you pay for premium. After using it for over 3 years, I was stunned when it suddenly started working right after I upgraded. You're better off getting an air tag and buying a protection plan instead. It'll cost you less in the long run.

The white tiles performed so much better than the black rectangular ones. I can barely get the black ones to ring at all, maybe 10% of the time. Go with the white ones that let you swap out the battery.

Total garbage. My purse vanished four days ago. My phone keeps saying the tracker is close by but I can't find or hear anything. Don't throw your money away on this. I'm incredibly frustrated since this is exactly what I bought it for and it doesn't work at all.

I keep misplacing my phone while my keys sit by the front door every single time, and this thing is absolutely terrible. It barely works at all. I bought it specifically to find my phone, and it fails me constantly. Even searching for my keys in the same room, it won't connect unless they're basically touching. I've almost punched something in frustration over 20 times. The product is so broken that I need to get rid of it for my sanity, but since they won't refund you for something that clearly doesn't work, I'm stuck with $40 trash. DO NOT BUY THIS. SERIOUSLY.
