I had a really negative experience with the staff. I kept getting talked over and when I finally said something about it, the person just hung up on me. Apparently their company policy allows employees to do this and they call it 'being combative'. If you have any issues with them, this is what you're dealing with. There are tons of other seafood companies that would be happy to have your business. After checking out their reviews online, I'm actually relieved I wasn't able to place an order.

These people are seriously incredible! I've tried them all and these guys are hands down the best ever. I don't understand why there are any negative reviews out there at all. Support a local business because they really are the top of the line. As someone who loves good food, I can tell you these are the absolute best.

Really impressive venue and outstanding staff on hand. Attended an event here and it was executed perfectly. The bar area is absolutely gorgeous, and there's plenty of space. Location is ideal with easy access. The appetizer selection was wonderful. Upstairs works great for hosting special events and celebrations.

This was a nightmare. I bought snow crab cocktail for Thanksgiving dinner and it turned out to be absolutely inedible. My guests wouldn't even touch it. For the past week I've been trying to get a refund and hitting nothing but dead ends with their customer service team. I've called multiple times and keep getting the runaround. When I asked for a manager callback, it never happened. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. The seafood quality is terrible and the customer service is even worse.

I dropped almost $300 on Alaskan king crab and got barely anything. When I ordered a quantity of 3, I only got 3 legs total, which is honestly a joke for the price. That should really be spelled out more clearly on the site. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the crab itself actually tasted pretty good.

I wanted fresh live lobsters for Father's Day but waited too long, so we ended up getting the four pack of 2 to 2.5 pounders instead. They all came alive and ready to go, with tail and claw meat that was sweet and tender. We'll be ordering again for sure. No reason to mess with local options when you've got mail order companies this good. Lobster is our go-to for special occasions and these were perfect.

Really happy with how this turned out. I'm in Texas and saw this company featured on Good Morning America back in April 2020 for their lobster rolls at half off. The product sold out before I could get my order in, so I searched them up and found them under their other name. I ended up paying $175 with insurance and got free shipping too. Ordered on the morning of June 3rd and it showed up at my door by 8am the next day via FedEx. The shipping box alone was worth like $15 to $20. Really satisfied with how they handled everything and I'll be ordering again.

Absolutely delicious! Got a 2 pound lobster, a couple 1.5 pound ones, lobster bisque, and a ribeye shipped to Las Vegas. The lobsters showed up alive and were amazing. The bisque has some really good size lobster chunks in it, and the steak was juicy with tons of flavor. I'm definitely ordering from these guys again.

I'm from Florida and had been missing good crab legs something fierce for my birthday. My mother-in-law surprised me by sending a package to my Oregon home with Alaskan king crab legs, filet mignon, clam chowder, lobster tails, and whoopie pies. Hands down the best birthday present I've gotten in a long time! The quality was incredible and we're still enjoying leftovers.

This is honestly the best mac and cheese we've ever tasted. There's a lot of actual lobster in there, with big chunks instead of tiny pieces like you get from other places. We're definitely buying it again.

I ordered U8 scallops and lobster meat for my wife's birthday party and was nervous about getting them here to South Carolina in time. They let me know I'd get a tracking number once it shipped. I called because I was worried about delays from the weather back east, and they told me it was already out for delivery by 10:30 that morning. It arrived fresh, not frozen. From now on this is where I'm getting my seafood.

Really pleased with what I got. Made lobster tails and scallops and they turned out amazing. Dipped them in butter and had a great meal, then finished off with whoopie pies for dessert. Can't wait to order again. Definitely would suggest this place.

As someone who spent most of my life on the east coast and now lives in Texas, I can't say enough good things about Maine Lobster. I order from them throughout the year and get all kinds of stuff like 12 to 14 ounce tails, whole live lobsters, little neck clams, oysters, their lobster bisque and chowder, lobster mac and cheese, filet mignon, and whoopie pies. Everything comes fresh, packed really well, and arrives on time. Honestly some of the most delicious seafood around.
