Skip this place! Don't bother ordering if you might need to return anything because you definitely won't see your money back. I mailed my package back a month ago and still haven't gotten a refund. Now it's been almost a month of waiting with zero response to my messages. Honestly a terrible company to deal with.

The return process here is pretty disappointing. My refund was supposed to come through within 1-5 working days, but it's now been 11 days and nothing. They even closed my support ticket without actually processing the refund!!!

The postage is super speedy and I appreciated that they supply a return label if it's ever needed. That would've saved me hassle if I did need to exchange something. Everything arrived exactly as pictured and described with excellent quality.

Their customer service is completely useless. Some guy named Joe who can't help with anything is all you get. Problems started from day one when my discount code wouldn't work and they refused to cancel the order. This is fraudulent and I want my payment back immediately. I'm not dropping this.

I'm really upset about this experience. I paid extra for next day delivery but my order didn't show up until 4 days later. I ordered 5 items and only received 2. When I reported the issue with photos of both the empty wrapper and the delivery driver handing me the parcel, they kept asking for more proof. They claim they weigh parcels before shipping, so why haven't they responded in over 5 days? I'm contacting my bank for a chargeback and filing a complaint.
