The company used to actually care about their customers and provided real support. The merchandise is still good quality but getting help from them is basically impossible now. I've spent so much money there that I qualify for their top rewards tier which is supposed to give me free shipping at fifty dollars. That hasn't worked in over a year. And there's no actual person you can talk to at this company anymore. It's ridiculous.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I purchased a pair of boyfriend jeans and nowhere in the product description does it mention there's a big hole in them. The image shows some small blemishes but definitely not a major gap like what I got. I reached out to complain but their policy won't even cover shipping returns plus they tack on a restocking charge. I asked for my money back completely. They agreed to drop the restocking fee but I'm still eating the shipping cost. It really bothers me that I'm out money because the product wasn't shown accurately online. I'm never buying from this brand again and honestly I hope that shipping fee wasn't worth losing a long-term customer over.

I've placed a couple orders from them. They don't give full refunds and their shipping takes forever. Most of my items either lost their shape or started fading fast despite careful washing and hanging to dry. Plus that skirt was just horrible, super bulky and unflattering. I figured I'd give them another shot so I ordered something in April. Still waiting on it and this is my second time emailing them about it. They told me the hold-up is because one of my items isn't available anymore and apparently nobody thought to tell me that. They also said I couldn't get my money back because I had to replace my card. I cancelled the whole thing. They claimed there's no guarantee they'd refund me. Are you serious? I'm pretty sure I'm done with any of their products. The quality is bad, the service is even worse, and I get the feeling they're robbing Peter to pay Paul which is why everything takes forever. Oh wait, I just got a refund but it's only a tiny portion of what I originally paid. I went back and asked what the partial refund was about and apparently I didn't ask to cancel the full order even though I did. Total mess.

My order finally showed up eight months after I paid for it. No notifications along the way. Can't even return it. Never dealing with them again.

Really wish I'd looked at other customer feedback before placing my order. I bought something on 10/30 and didn't hear back from anyone, yet somehow my credit card got charged that same day. Total scam artists.

I bought something over a month ago and the listing never said it was a preorder with an October shipping date. When I emailed to ask about it, they confirmed it was a preorder but promised everything would ship on schedule. Spoiler alert: it didn't. About a week later I emailed again and their response was basically oh sorry we actually have big delays, you want to cancel? I said yes, cancel my order. Then they're like well cancellation isn't guaranteed, we sent it to the warehouse. Super unprofessional.

I ordered clothes that showed as in stock on September 4th. Fast forward to October 27th and nothing had shipped yet. There wasn't even an estimated delivery date. This is completely unacceptable. They used to be a really solid company.

The company doesn't bother to send updates about what's going on with your order. Plus they're really sluggish in responding and all their replies feel like copy-paste templates. I've been waiting since May for my order and it still hasn't come. They keep telling me the exact same story about hiring more people to help ship things out by August. They're offering me a refund instead of actually sending what I paid for but that's not the real issue here. I ordered capri pants in May and we're already past mid-August now. If you don't have inventory to fulfill orders, don't take the orders. Shut it down until you can handle shipping in a reasonable timeframe.
