Stay away from Zales - they don't treat customers fairly and they don't stand behind their products. I bought a gold chain for $4800 and within three months it started falling apart. I literally saw gold flakes coming off my neck and kept falling when I set it on a cloth. I have video proof of this happening. When I tried to return it, they said okay but wouldn't credit my account back to the proper balance. Now they won't refund me for the payments I made toward the chain while it was flaking apart. Everyone on the staff was kind and super helpful, and the in-house jeweler is seriously talented. My sapphire ring turned out to be the ring of my dreams. Do not recommend going to Zales for jewelry repairs. I brought in a diamond cross pendant that needed to be soldered onto a necklace, and they made a mess of it. The way they did the work meant the clasp wouldn't sit properly in the back of my neck, and I had to constantly adjust it. After struggling with this for a month, my necklace broke. I got a replacement, but it wouldn't fit through the cross because of how they soldered it. When I took it back, they actually admitted they had soldered it incorrectly. I asked them to fix their mistake since I'd already paid for the repair, but they refused. They wanted to charge me again to redo it right. Now I'm stuck with a $1500 diamond cross that doesn't work with any chain, and I'm not paying them again. I found another jeweler who actually knows what they're doing. Zales is just focused on making money, not on doing quality work.

The Zales location in Central Mall in Lawton used to be amazing when Anna was running things, but after she left the store quality dropped. He genuinely seems to love what he does and truly cares about his customers. I spent almost 30 years in customer service management and would have been lucky to have someone like James on my team. The final result made the long wait completely worth it.
