I'd rate this zero stars if I could. I sent something back and they got it on the 28th of November. They said my refund would show up within 7 working days but I'm still waiting and it's been way longer than that.

When you browse the website and see an item marked down on sale, the moment you pick your size it jumps back to full price. I've complained about this several times and was assured it would be fixed but a week later they're still doing it. They're basically scamming their customers with this tactic.

I placed an order for three polo shirts ten days ago with a confirmed delivery window of 3 to 7 working days. Ten days have passed and I just found out that two items are out of stock and the last one will ship soon. They're saying I'll get my money back in 5 working days, but they shouldn't have charged me in the first place if they didn't actually have this stuff ready to go. I really wish I'd looked at reviews before placing this order.

This company is unreliable. I've tried calling customer service four separate times and each time I'm put on hold listening to music for five minutes before getting disconnected. I also sent an email three days ago asking for help and they said they'd respond within two days but haven't. They're always happy to take your payment but don't care about anything else.

Run the other way from this company. Their customer service is absolutely dreadful. I've emailed multiple times about my refund but get the same generic response asking for information I've already provided several times over. Their system shows my items have been processed but still no money back. I'm going to contact my bank next. If you must order from them, use a credit card instead of a debit card so you can dispute the charge with your bank if needed.

The products aren't good and the customer service is just as bad. I can't get my order sorted out and I'm not getting my refund either. Honestly, this is the worst company I've dealt with.

Terrible experience with this company. I placed an order requesting next day delivery but called four times and sent emails explaining there was a problem. Then I got two shipping confirmations followed by a cancellation two weeks later claiming the item was out of stock, even though it's still being sold on their site right now.

I got some items for my husband's birthday but the jogging bottoms were too large. I requested a return so I could order a smaller size using the return label they provided, which I had to pay for myself. They've received the item back but haven't given me a refund and haven't answered the email I sent four days ago. I ordered from another retailer on the same day and had to return something from them too. With that company, I didn't have to pay for the return, they processed my refund immediately, and I already got my new order in the correct size. I'm switching to them from now on.

I ordered 3 items but only got 1 in my package. If I don't get a proper response, I will be pursuing legal action. Really let down by this.

The actual products are fine, but getting help from customer service is a nightmare. They don't respond to messages and there's no phone line or way to lodge complaints. Got a pair of slippers that had issues right out of the box. Since they were marked as final sale, the company wouldn't accept a return. On top of that, sunglasses I ordered never showed up in my shipment. It's really disappointing because I used to be a fan of Ben Sherman, but they've clearly started using cheaper materials while keeping prices the same or even raising them. Their support team was absolutely unhelpful. Be careful before you buy from them.

I ordered a pair of school shoes and the sole separated from the shoe after just one month. After the replacement arrived, the exact same thing happened six weeks later. This is nowhere near the standard I've come to expect from Ben Sherman over the years. Their quality has clearly gone downhill. I won't be purchasing their shoes anymore.
