The person I talked to in customer service was incredibly helpful. She went way beyond what was expected to get my order to me on time. I'd placed an order with expedited shipping but didn't realize engraving would add time. When I called to explain the situation she actually went down to the production team herself to track down my item and make sure it shipped the same day. It was really awesome to see someone care that much about their work and understand how important this was to me.

Total ripoff. They only show their rare positive reviews on their website so watch out.

Been buying from Nixon for more than 25 years and have owned 25 to 30 of their watches plus a lot of other gear. That's all changing now. I had one of their automatic watches, an expensive piece around 1500 dollars, and sent it in recently because moisture got inside the case. The whole process has been a disaster. I waited almost a month just for them to pick it up. Then after two more weeks I found out they won't fix it even though they're the only ones who've ever serviced it and now there's water damage inside. They said it wasn't covered by warranty but they'd send it back with a 40 percent off coupon. Almost three weeks pass and when I call to check on it the watch is still sitting there unshipped. Finally got it back two days after that call. These people had my watch for weeks and couldn't even be bothered to let the moisture out before returning it to me.

Their customer service team has completely ignored my emails, the info address, the chat feature, and I can't ever reach anyone by phone. I've been trying to get an update on my purchase but since I got the initial confirmation email a week ago I haven't heard a single word from them. Nixon please reach out to me right away.

I've owned two Nixon watches and both stopped working after just a couple of years. I treated them well, kept them away from water, never dropped them or anything like that.

Reached out to Nixon in late December because I needed a replacement pin for a watch strap. Got an email back about a week later telling me to email them again in another week. I did, and got the exact same response asking me to try once more a week later. I couldn't believe it the first time, but getting the same thing twice with a full email chain showing what happened was wild. I sent three more emails after that and had to wait weeks between each response. That said, when they finally did help me they really stepped up and fixed everything. Pretty happy with the end result even if the process was slow.

Don't even want to rate them one star. Purchased a watch from their UK site but it wasn't the right size so I returned it to an address in France at a high cost. Customs sent it back to me in the UK saying taxes were owed. That's absolutely ridiculous. I buy tons of stuff from across Europe and never have to pay taxes. Their customer service was unhelpful and rude, acting like this was my problem. If I'd known how expensive and frustrating the return process would be I wouldn't have bought the watch for my daughter. Not buying from their UK store again and I'd suggest UK shoppers avoid them.

Would leave a negative review if I could. Got this watch eighteen months ago and wear it daily. No scratches and the case is perfect except the rubber buttons started cracking and deteriorating after a couple months. Warranty was supposed to be two years so I sent it in for repair. They said it was from excessive use. If you're looking at a tide watch look somewhere else. These are garbage and their warranty is fake. Nixon said in their response that they won't honor the warranty which proves my point. This is supposed to be their best surf watch but they won't stand behind it. Be careful of their warranty claims.

Best customer service experience I've had in a long time. These folks really went out of their way to help me with my issue. They exceeded all expectations and made everything right.

Quality just isn't there. I've owned three watches and they've all had problems. Nixon won't repair them because they're supposedly 'discontinued' even though they're only two years old. They're only offering a tiny discount toward buying a replacement watch. It's ridiculous and really disappointing. Spend your money on a brand that actually backs their products. These are cheap watches with no real support behind them.

Bought a watch for 150 dollars and it showed up already broken. Asked for a refund but they won't do it. This company has terrible customer service and now they're ignoring all my messages. I'm planning to file a claim against them for this.
