I'm really disappointed reading about what other customers are going through because I'm now experiencing the same issues. I've been a regular customer both online and in their physical stores for over four years, and they used to be responsive and helpful. Now I'm stuck in an email conversation where they've completely stopped replying about my Rewards points that are about to expire in six weeks since they're discontinuing the program. The checkout page has problems and after I sent two follow-up messages about ongoing issues, they just went silent. This is really unfortunate.

I'd rate this company with negative stars if the option existed. I bought women's sneakers and the only thing I was worried about was length. I never expected a women's clothing store to send me men's sneakers. They look similar, but wearing the wrong gender's shoe really hurt my feet since they weren't designed for a woman's width and arch. When I checked the shoe, it said men's size 9. The company refused to do anything about it. I wouldn't suggest shopping here if they're going to swap items without asking you first.

Is Bandier actually operating as a real business anymore? I ordered a pair of Loci shoes in my correct size. They arrived but were too small. I tried to initiate a return or exchange following their instructions, but the website said I needed to contact customer service to get a shipping label. After trying multiple times, they haven't gotten back to me. Their phone number doesn't work either. It's like the company doesn't exist anymore.

Terrible experience. My order total was incorrect because they said they applied a reward that they actually didn't. Plus they claim they ship within 24 hours but a week went by with no shipment. You can't call because it just goes to an automated system. The live chat feature doesn't work. It took nearly a week to even get an email back.

It's been almost two weeks since I placed my order and nothing has arrived yet. To make matters worse, they charged me $12.99 just for shipping. Would be less annoying if at least that was free.

They carry stylish, on-trend, reasonably priced items that are hard to find anywhere else, and whenever I've had a problem, they've been really quick and helpful. I let Bandier know and sent them proof of what happened, and without any questions, they resent the items. I'm adding a signature requirement this time for both their benefit and mine because I really want that outfit for summer and I already got matching sneakers from them too. If there's any complaint, it's with FedEx. Before you blame the store, check your carrier. Thanks Bandier for sorting this out! Can't wait to order again.

Should rename this place 'Final Sale Only' because that's basically what it is. Shipping costs you $12, and if you want to return or swap something, they take $10 off your refund. So you're down $22 just to test whether something works for you? Only order if you're 100 percent certain about the size and want to keep it. The customer service doesn't exist and won't respond to any emails. The reviews online tell the real story.

This yoga mat is fantastic. I got the Bandier x Yoga Hustle version and it has incredible grip and padding. Totally recommend it. I've been practicing yoga for a decade and this is legitimately the best mat I've ever used.

Three weeks have gone by and I still haven't gotten the shoes I ordered from them.

I've purchased from Bandier three times now. The first order went smoothly and honestly surprised me given all the negative reviews. Second time around, they sent the wrong item. They blamed their warehouse for mislabeling and gave me a refund plus a discount code. Okay, fine. I used that discount code on a third order, and when it arrived, the package wasn't even sealed properly! Both items were gone, just the tissue paper was there. I tried calling their customer service number but all the reps were busy, so now I have to email back and forth, which will drag this out for days.

These masks are pretty bad. Even when adjusted to the tightest setting, they still pull uncomfortably on my ears. Then the little adjustable beads fell off and I can't get them back into place. Without the beads, it's way too loose. It's marked as final sale so I'm stuck with it, and it's even cheaper now than what I paid for it.

I'm glad I read the reviews before making a purchase here. There are just too many current negative ones. Good reviews matter a lot when shopping online. It can be really frustrating when online retailers don't treat customers well or manage things properly.
