Steer Clear of This Company. We got our flight tickets through Traveloka for an airline that went under and issued a voucher, which Traveloka was supposed to give us. It never showed up in our account. I spent two years chasing them about it. Eventually I got two coupons but when I try to use them on the website following their guidelines it always says error. Since then I've gone back and forth through email, chat, and phone calls. People attempt to help but nothing actually gets resolved. One operator actually hung up on me, and another one just stayed silent the whole call. It might not be intentional fraud but the outcome is the same either way.

Not a Trustworthy Business. They attract customers with cheap prices. But once you complete all your information and try to finish buying, suddenly the flight is "no longer available". This isn't a genuine glitch, it's a trick to get traffic to their site betting that you'll mess up somewhere.

Customer Service is Pretty Much Impossible to Reach. The hotline numbers listed in their app don't actually connect you to a real person, despite trying multiple times today. When you use the chat feature, you just go round and round with automated responses and no actual human to talk to. If you request a refund or reschedule through the app, it keeps pushing back when you can expect a response, and then it just goes away. Email responses are unpredictable at best, and honestly most of the time you just get the initial automated message and nothing else. They don't follow any real response time commitments. This has been an exhausting experience with Traveloka to put it mildly. Great for making a booking, but after that you're basically on your own if you need help. No real support. Nothing.

Absolutely No Help Whatsoever - Weeks of Silence and Frustration! Had a terrible time trying to get customer support from Traveloka. I booked a round-trip flight and filed a support request on March 2 about getting either a refund or rescheduling after my visa application got denied. Haven't heard a single word back since then. What makes it worse is there's basically NO way to reach anyone at Traveloka: The live chat completely ignored me for weeks, their support email doesn't work anymore (the auto-reply mentioned it shut down March 11, 2025), and their phone line won't connect to a person, just directs you back to the same chat I contacted the airline myself and they said Traveloka has to handle the refund or reschedule, but nothing's been done and I haven't gotten any updates. This is really not okay for something this important with international flights involved. Feeling let down and extremely annoyed.

This Has Been a Total Disaster. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. The airline moved my flight to a time that no longer works with my other bookings. I've spent days, sent 20 emails, and spent hours on the phone and still haven't been able to rebook it to something that fits my schedule. My suggestion is to book with just about anyone else instead of Traveloka.

Price Bait and Switch Tactic. I wanted to book a flight at the price shown on their site and filled out all the passenger info. Then out of nowhere a message popped up saying that flights were in high demand and the cost had almost doubled. This is sketchy marketing and I don't feel comfortable trusting this site.

Got Taken Advantage Of. The flight got rerouted to a completely different destination that's hours away. I asked for a refund several times and they turned me down without giving any explanation. When I called to ask why, they just gave me the same scripted responses. The customer service person assigned to my case didn't do anything to help. Would not recommend booking with them. Better off saving your money and your stress. I ended up filing a complaint with the consumer protection board and plan to talk to a lawyer about this. Not just about the money, but because something seems really shady about how they operate.

Bad Experience - Suggest Avoiding This if You Can: Their support is difficult to get ahold of, they take forever to deliver your ticket, the support staff can't actually solve anything, and their whole process is a mess.

A Tragedy and No Support. My father passed away. The company kept saying they were sorry about what happened, but when I asked for a refund on the ticket they turned me down.

Lost a Loved One. Traveloka kept offering their condolences about my loss, but they refused to return my money for the ticket.

I Will Never Book With Them Again - Worst Experience Possible. We booked a flight between two cities in Vietnam and they cancelled it, but instead of rebooking us on a later flight they put us on an earlier one. We got NO notification about this change and showed up at the airport thinking we had plenty of time, only to find out our replacement flight had already departed. We ended up having to buy last-minute tickets at crazy prices and when we asked them to cover the cost or refund the original booking, they just flat out refused. I would never use this company again and honestly I wish I could take legal action, but I'm not sure if that's even possible. Traveloka is a terrible service.

Great App for Finding and Booking Travel Accommodations. Traveloka is super helpful and useful for people who want to travel. You can search for nice places to stay right from the app or website, and you can book hotels, buses, and cruise ships there too, plus they have tour packages available.

Favorite Travel App Out There! Traveloka has been my go-to app whenever I travel. As someone who takes trains pretty regularly, I really appreciate how easy it makes finding cheap train fares and there's always additional savings available.

Nusa Lembongan is definitely one of Bali's top destinations for tourists. I discovered Lanusa Hill Villa through the Traveloka app and was thrilled with how everything turned out. The accommodation matched what was shown in the listing perfectly, from the pictures all the way to the amenities available. The staff treated us wonderfully and the incredible views made it a trip I won't forget anytime soon.

Had an Awesome Time at This Budget Friendly Hong Kong Hotel! I did a quick getaway at an affordable hotel and what a view I got. My room looked right out onto the water with a perfect view of the harbour. The stay was amazing and I'd definitely go back. Plus there are tons of restaurants and cafes super close to the hotel so everything felt convenient.
