I placed an order for two shoulder braces, two back braces, and an elbow brace back in May and still haven't received anything. They had no problem charging my credit card right away though. I'm telling everyone to shop with other brands instead. They advertise as USA made, but honestly I'm pretty sure their stuff comes from China anyway. The quality is awful.
