The fact that they don't do this, and instead make customers jump through so many hoops with support just to stop a recurring payment, really makes me think they're doing this on purpose to keep people locked in. So my original assessment still stands.

My son got the basketball and absolutely loves it! No issues at all! One thing he mentioned is that he'd love more drills focused on dribbling between the legs, which he's working on at age 9. But the customer service has been incredible!

Like everyone else here, I have to give a shout out to their customer service team. Our tracking showed nothing was moving and it was supposed to be a birthday gift, so I emailed them. They immediately sent out a replacement order. Our daughter couldn't wait to get going. The training drills are pretty challenging for a just-turned-6-year-old, but they're something to work toward. She's pretty resilient and doesn't get discouraged easily, so it works well for her. I will say the beginner demos move pretty fast for younger kids, so we have to pause, rewind, and walk her through what's happening. Down the road she'll get better at doing it herself, but with the little ones you've gotta be right there with them.
