Over a month has passed and I still haven't received those parts. For this price range, I expected significantly better build quality and support. I owned a much cheaper Tripp bag that lasted 10 years through dozens of flights without any problems. These cases look gorgeous, but the actual durability and how the company handled my complaint are really frustrating.
