Terrible experience with customer support. My shoes arrived a size too small and there's basically no way to get them back. Worst purchase I've made from them.

I bought two different styles. One works perfectly, but the other one has way too much room above my foot. When I'm standing it feels okay, but as soon as I lift my foot there's nothing touching the bottom inside the shoe. I tried to get it exchanged but got the runaround for two months. Customer service kept saying there's nothing wrong, it's just not right for me - over and over again. They wouldn't really address what I was saying and made me repeat myself multiple times. I asked if the shoe was made this way on purpose or if it was a manufacturing problem, but kept hearing the exact same response. They even contradicted themselves at one point saying everyone loves the fit, then saying they're designed for people with high arches. There was zero mention of any special fit in the product description. I explained that whether it was intentional design or a defect, it was their mistake for not being clear about it, because I wouldn't have ordered them otherwise. Then they started saying I had to send them back, but I'd have to pay the shipping myself.

Don't even bother - this company is a nightmare. I ordered two pairs and got the wrong size for both. Then they expect you to cover the cost of shipping them back to their location overseas. I spent thirty dollars just trying to return them and the address they gave me wouldn't accept the package. They also made it clear that you have to write your order number on the outside of the package or their warehouse will just destroy it, and if that happens you get nothing back. Basically they can do whatever they want with no consequences. Getting a refund from them is next to impossible. Total con.

My Hobibear shoes are awesome. Even though I've heard some people complain about quality, I think they're wonderful. Super cozy and I wear them all around the house. Normally I'm not a shoe person and prefer flip flops, but these are so comfortable I literally wore them all day and forgot to take them off. Got mine from another retailer and the shipping took a reasonable amount of time and arrived without issues. Really happy with this purchase and plan to grab more styles.

My Hobibear shoes have been fantastic. I've seen some folks mention quality concerns, but I'm really happy with mine. They're unbelievably comfortable - I actually wear them around the house, which is unusual for me since I normally just go barefoot or throw on flip flops. One day I forgot to take them off because my feet were just so happy in them. Got mine through a different retailer and the shipping was reasonable and on time. I'm satisfied with my purchase and I'm definitely getting some other styles soon.

Ordered a pair in size five and they arrived too big. Tried to return them but the company said the return shipping would be too expensive, so I figured I'd give them to someone else. Then I placed a new order in size three which should've been my perfect fit. When they came in, the material was completely different from the larger pair - felt cheap and low quality. I sent several messages asking why the material quality was so different, but never got a single response. Even though the size three pair still looks decent, I can tell they won't hold up as well since they're made from porous material instead of that nice wipe-clean leather they advertise. Just a heads up that these should be made from that leather-like material, not regular fabric that's going to get stained and worn easily.

These boots are adorable and feel wonderful to wear. The shipping was super fast too.

I'm really unhappy with the shoes since they don't fit true to size, but I'm even more frustrated by the customer service and how hard it is to get a return. I've asked for a return address five times now. Each time instead of helping me, they keep telling me to keep the shoes and offering me 30 percent off my next purchase. When I finally asked one more time for a refund, they gave me an address but also told me that packages from certain regions sometimes get left at the post office and they can't retrieve them there, so they can't guarantee they'd receive my shoes or be able to refund me. Don't order from these people. If you have any problems with what you get, you won't be able to get any real support. I paid for shoes I can't return, and sending them back would cost me way more than what I paid for them anyway since they shipped from overseas. On top of everything, even if I do send them to the address they gave me, they won't commit to actually getting them or giving me my money back. This whole thing feels like a scam.

These are incredibly comfortable to have on. I wear them regularly when I'm out and about, and especially when I'm outside with my dog 🐶

I have two pairs now. Bought the first set last year without really knowing much about the company, but figured why not give it a shot. They took a while to get here but they're really well constructed and feel great. Just got my high top pair and I love them just as much. This time they showed up way faster than expected.

These shoes are fantastic. Since I started wearing them, the foot, knee and hip pain I used to have is completely gone. I'm on my feet for work all day long and honestly the difference is night and day. I wear them on my daily walks too and they perform great.
