Can anyone confirm whether the site is legitimate or a scam?

Bought a blender on February 13th for $59 with $19 shipping. My first email asking for updates on the 15th got ignored. On the 16th they sent a manifest number but I knew that just means they created a label for the postal service, not that anything was physically shipped. My second email on the 18th got a brief response saying it was already shipped. When I explained I understand shipping terminology and pressed further, they sent the same manifest confirmation again insisting it went to Australia Post sorting. I checked with Australia Post directly and they confirmed nothing had actually been delivered to them yet. By today the 19th I've emailed four times requesting a complete refund because this isn't acceptable.

One star is only for when the blender actually worked. The Ultra model was perfect for my daily smoothies and I was super careful following all the detailed instructions, but after less than six months it started giving off a burning smell. I contacted support and they peppered me with questions, many repeated, feeling more like they were trying to blame me than actually help. It stopped working three weeks ago and I'm still nowhere on getting a replacement or refund. A machine that broke with proper use in under a year should be simple to replace but apparently HQ needs forever to decide. Not buying from them again.

I left a review on January 8th and they responded asking for my order details and contact info, but didn't actually provide any way to reach them. I found one email address online and sent a message but now they're telling me to contact my region's support which I've been doing for almost two months with nothing. This is unacceptable. I don't even know what else to say about such unprofessional handling.

Total waste of money. Their blenders just can't handle ice cubes at all.

Do not purchase this. The Original model exploded while I was holding it and caused a serious cut requiring 12 stitches at the emergency room. My hand was deeply injured and will never fully recover. Friends and colleagues have urged me to warn others about what happened to me based on the permanent damage I suffered.

Their customer service really stands out. My blender arrived missing the recipe booklet and instructional materials. The support team quickly arranged with the warehouse to send it right out. Having that booklet has helped me get way more out of how the blender works. Really appreciate them going the extra step for us. Love this product.

This is frustrating. The lid gasket keeps breaking on me even when I hand wash it carefully. Seems like lots of people have this same issue so it's clearly a quality problem.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Hunting down contact information is nearly impossible. Got stuck in endless back and forth exchanges over a defective unit. They asked me to show proof of purchase even though it was a gift and I provided it, but then said I had to get the replacement from the original retailer which I obviously can't do since I didn't buy it myself. I pointed this out several times but they just kept insisting I contact the store. The manufacturer sells a faulty product but won't take responsibility for replacement or repair when you can show proof. Instead of working it out in one email, I spent forever going in circles just to get told they won't help and it's the store's problem.

I had a question about a plug converter and still haven't gotten any response. Their customer support basically doesn't exist. Would give them zero stars if I could.

The 900 Pro is absolutely terrible. It can't even properly blend a simple fruit smoothie with banana, spinach and soft dates. There's always chunks of dates left over and blending longer just heats up the smoothie without actually breaking down the dates. Tried getting help from support but they're useless. They say they won't refund unless they find something physically wrong with the blender and they'll charge me both return shipping and a diagnostic fee if they find nothing. The problem is the blender just doesn't work well for this job even though it's not broken. I've owned four other blenders over the years including Braun, Sage and Vitamix and every single one handled this smoothie perfectly.

Real safety concern here. I bought one and didn't touch it for around two years but recently started using it again. For the last few months I've noticed tiny metallic pieces in my blended food that look like thin metal shards. I've only been blending soft vegetables for soups so there's no way these are coming from anything else. They're definitely coming from the blades. I tested my soup through a sieve and found actual blade fragments. This is dangerous stuff. Not using this anymore and grabbed a Ninja instead. I'd much rather be safe. This makes me worry about parents using these to make baby food.

Got this blender as a Christmas gift and waited two weeks to use it. Loved it initially but then the blades jammed into the base. When I called for help, support told me to toss it and wanted $134.81 for a replacement which was barely cheaper than Amazon's full price of $137.89. They also offered just the base and blade for $50.26 but refused to stand behind their product for something I'd only used a handful of times. I was ready to throw it away as they suggested. However, after I posted my negative feedback, the company reached out and mailed me a new base and blade at no cost. I really do like how this blender works and appreciate that they finally made things right. Bumping up my rating because they stepped up in the end.

I got sent two units and have been trying to return one of them. The whole process has been a nightmare. Emails kept coming back asking for the same information over and over. Even after I gave them everything, I never got a return authorization. The blender was a gift and I don't want the person who gave it to me to be charged twice. My advice is skip ordering directly and go through a retailer with decent return policies instead because trying to get help from the company is basically impossible.
