We grabbed the pass just one day before our trip. We were mainly interested in the hop-on hop-off bus since one of our group has mobility challenges. The morning we were supposed to go, I found out the bus service was canceled because of road closures. Since I'd only purchased the day before, nobody gave me a heads-up about the cancellation. Our family had absolutely no way to get around during our visit. I've reached out multiple times via email and phone and gotten zero response! There are plenty of other companies selling passes with transportation options around the city. If you're counting on transportation or customer support, don't get this pass.

I wish this company rated zero stars. Worst experience ever! Stay away from this company!! Absolutely terrible customer service. They refused to transfer our passes to a different date even after we dealt with significant health challenges, leaving us over a thousand dollars in the red. Completely unacceptable.

Got the USA Pass and it was basically useless in four of the five destinations I visited. Sent several messages and never got replies. Their customer service was awful - they'd either put me on hold for ages or just disconnect the call when I called back. The reasons they gave me for why it wasn't working changed every single time I contacted them. Total waste of both time and money. Stay away.

This pass has serious problems. Items were quietly taken off the website by management between spring and summer, and plenty of attraction operators mentioned not getting paid by this company even though they're still on the listing. Most attractions I went to needed me to call customer service to activate the pass, eating up thirty minutes each time. Dealing with their customer service is incredibly frustrating. They disconnect calls and act like the issue is settled. Reaching a manager is even worse because they stop answering phones after 3 or 4pm and leave you hanging. Customer service staff don't even seem to know what's actually on their own website and say it's current. When I called some attractions directly, they said they stopped accepting this pass a while ago. This company seems like it's falling apart. Don't buy their pass no matter how cheap they make it. They can't follow through because they don't pay their partners and won't keep their information current.

Our trip went really smoothly with these passes. We purchased two four-day passes and appreciated all the helpful tips from previous reviews. We already knew the Met wasn't included in the New York package, so we budgeted for that separately, and we understood we'd need to get a separate ticket for the circle line cruise. The website recommended prebooking the Empire State Building, which we did. On some days we managed to hit four different spots. Madame Tussauds staying open late and having access to the towers really helped us maximize our days. Since we visited during off-season, we walked right into most attractions without waiting long. Getting into One World Observatory at sunset without any additional charge was fantastic. The whole experience delivered great value and was super convenient.

My girlfriend and I like to pack a lot into our trips. I got the 2-day pass for New Orleans and we were unstoppable. Our plane landed at 8:30 in the morning and we started our first activity by 10. I love finding good deals and we got access to nearly $650 in activities. The options go from swamp tours to escape rooms, with packages covering all the major sights including a war museum and hop-on hop-off transportation. We did the cemetery tour, swamp tour, paddle boat jazz cruise, city tour with breakfast, bus service, war museum, Mardi Gras museum, ghost tour, and an escape room.

We had a wonderful time exploring New York. The app worked great, was welcomed everywhere we went during our 10 days of use, and gave us incredible bang for our buck. We're thinking about trying it when we travel to other cities and really hope we get the same level of value we experienced in New York.

This pass saved us a considerable amount of money and the hop-on hop-off buses made getting around the city simple and convenient. With smart planning ahead of time, we were able to see and experience way more than we expected.

I had such a fantastic experience. The hop-on hop-off bus was incredible fun. The walking tours gave me so much information and the guides were really friendly. My favorite was definitely the walking tour through the historic neighborhood. The tour guide I had made the whole experience memorable with his kindness and knowledge. This was my first time in the area, and I got to experience some beautiful restaurants and stunning architecture. Thank you so much for such an amazing day!

You absolutely need this pass for New York! Purchasing online from overseas saved us a ton. I'll admit I was worried the passes wouldn't actually function when we arrived, but they worked perfectly right away. We explored some incredible attractions and had a fantastic time in the city. I'd definitely encourage everyone to use the hop-on hop-off bus service to navigate around.

The only issue we ran into was trying to locate the office. Different people gave us different directions. Eventually we tracked it down at the bus terminal. A simple map in the pass materials would've saved us a lot of confusion and wandering around.
