I've ordered from them before and generally the quality and fit are solid, especially their regular t-shirt. Recently grabbed their lightweight version and it was a total disappointment. Not anywhere close to the standard tee's quality, and the fit was off too with an unflattering baggy neckline. Wore it once and that's it, never again. Pretty frustrating purchase.

Purchased lots of their basic tees back in 2023 when they were promoting their durability angle. That promise didn't hold up. Two years in and holes are showing up around the armpits and sides, getting progressively worse with each wash. At 40 euros a shirt, I expected them to last way longer. The same model now costs 50 euros, which makes this even worse value.

Their t-shirts are pretty decent. But the cashmere sweater I got was really subpar, rougher and scratchier than other wool blends I own. Quality is noticeably worse than what you'd pay for at brands like Gobi. Their customer support also refused to cover return shipping fees even though this was clearly a manufacturing defect.

The 100% recycled wool overshirts jumped from 170-190 to 220-240 euros. Are they kidding? Prices on other items went up too. Sure, you claim to avoid discounts for ethical reasons, but then you spike prices by almost 30% overnight. Meanwhile your competitors in Portugal are selling similar quality wool overshirts for 120 euros and actually offer sales. This is the second price hike in months when nothing really changed except the website redesign. The upside is support responds fast, shipping is quick, and returns work smoothly. Some pieces are good quality but the pricing has gotten unreasonable.

Shopping here feels like an experience you dream about, like walking through an upscale museum. Everything about it reflects a company that genuinely cares about doing right by the planet. Their team members are authentically friendly and welcoming. The items are pricey but you're paying for real quality and supporting sustainable practices.

These are the worst tees I've ever bought, way overpriced for what you get. Just recently grabbed off-the-rack shirts for one third the cost that blow these out of the water in quality. I ordered three in white, navy and black and the fabric has this cardboard-like feel to it. When wearing them, the shirt moves stiffly around you like a rigid box and it's uncomfortable. Total waste of money.

They're essentially taking money without actually issuing refunds for returns. I've gone through this twice now. They charge a restocking fee on returns and then somehow conveniently skip the actual refund step. The first time they denied it happened, then begrudgingly processed it after I kept asking. Still no apology and it's shady behavior. Can't trust them.

Product listing said mid-rise but the waistline is definitely not what was advertised. Shipping took forever and now they're charging me to send items back because of their inaccurate description. Don't shop here because returning anything is a nightmare. You have to fill out paperwork by hand with no prepaid return shipping included.

All the women's t-shirts and long sleeves develop wrinkled necklines after just one wash. The men's versions have a finishing technique that prevents this but apparently that doesn't apply to the women's line. Why the difference? Also the black tee isn't actually black, it leans toward navy which is misleading. Regret paying for this product.

Excellent quality and outstanding service. Shipped to my place in just a couple of days, which was impressive. I've got 3 t-shirts, a belt, and a sweatshirt now and they're honestly the best pieces I own. They hold up beautifully through multiple washes. Planning to add more items to refresh my closet.
