This is honestly the worst company around. Their customer support is atrocious and their products are low quality.

I paid over a thousand dollars for an MSI Katana 17 gaming laptop back in late 2023, and after just 18 months the screen backlight completely died. The laptop is basically unusable now. For that price point, MSI UK only gives you 12 months of coverage when many other countries get 24 months for the identical model. I showed them my proof of purchase but they just said the warranty was done and refused to help. It's pretty frustrating for a company that claims to make quality gaming products. Seems like UK customers get treated worse than everyone else even though we pay the same high prices. I'm done with MSI and would tell anyone else to be really careful about spending that much money on something that might not make it past two years without any real support.

Don't bother with MSI. I dropped 2000 dollars on one of their laptops and it was a nightmare from day one. The battery would drain constantly even with the laptop completely shut down. No matter what troubleshooting I tried, nothing worked. Their support team was completely useless. Lots of other customers had the same experience and their products came back with the same or even worse issues. These guys used to be decent but they've really gone downhill. You'll probably regret buying from them like I do.

The technical support and warranty service are just awful and the staff is rude. Plus the Windows 11 license key they provided isn't legitimate.

MSI is scamming customers in the region. They promise warranty coverage but then act like it doesn't apply. They break seals themselves and make up excuses. Customer support is completely fake. The region doesn't need a company like this. This brand needs to be held accountable for their dishonest practices.

Bought a brand new laptop in 2024 and in just two and a half months I've had to send it back three times. Only now on the third return are they actually trying to fix the real problem. The whole customer service process has been a nightmare. My account showed they were waiting on me to reply, but I never got any email or call. I spent three days straight calling different reps who kept saying RMA would contact me soon. Finally one guy told me they're actually waiting on Taiwan to respond to the California center. It shouldn't take three days to tell me that. They have no idea when my laptop will be fixed and returned. I asked if they'd just replace it since this seems like a weird issue and might take forever, but they said no. I'm heading back to school and need this laptop for classes, which makes this whole situation even worse.

These laptops are seriously a letdown, and the company support is even worse. After about five years, my machine started falling apart. When I reached out to get help, they told me the warranty expired so they couldn't assist. On top of that, they said the model is no longer made and wouldn't give me any technical info so I could fix it myself. The whole thing feels deliberate, like everything about these products and the company is built to fail after a set amount of time just to push more sales. I'm never buying from MSI again.

I bought a 3090TI when they were nearly impossible to find, and MSI was the only option available. I was hesitant but figured they're approved by Nvidia so it should be fine. I was completely wrong. This company makes poor quality products that fall apart. The build quality just isn't there. When something goes wrong, the distributor blames MSI and MSI blames the distributor, so you get nowhere. Less than two years in and I'm out 2k with a broken rig. If you can spend more, do it. Get from someone who actually knows how to support their customers. This company has no clue.

It would be awesome if MSI made a lightweight smartphone option.

Got this gaming laptop recently and I'm already impressed. The way it handles input is incredibly fast, and it doesn't weigh much at all. Picked up the GE76 Raider 11UE from a retailer and zero regrets so far. Downloaded Albion and fired it up last night on high graphics mode with no issues whatsoever. If you're in the market for a solid gaming laptop, I'd definitely give this one a shot.

I picked up the Radeon RX 5500 XT MECH 8G OC and wanted to share my thoughts after several months of ownership. The temps stay pretty reasonable. I've seen it hit 80 degrees max when running ultra settings in tougher games. The performance is really solid for the price point. Haven't had any issues to speak of.

I got the MSI Optix G241VC monitor and wanted to share what I think after using it for a few weeks. The colors look fantastic. The bezels are really thin which is nice. The overall look and style is awesome and that's actually part of why I picked it. The only downside is there's no audio input option.

This MSI Gl65 9SE is the perfect mix of power, quality, and portability for what I need. One thing that bugs me though is the dragon center software keeps acting up. The RTX 2060 crushes the games I play like War Thunder, Skyrim, and CS:GO, easily hitting over 120 frames per second. Fan noise is pretty minimal and the display looks sharp with good refresh rates and no glare. The keyboard feels great even though it doesn't have RGB lighting. The build quality is solid, though fingerprints show up easily, but at least there are plenty of ports available. USB placement could be better but it works fine for me. This is honestly the best laptop for the cash.

First gaming laptop I've owned and it's fantastic for playing all my favorite games. Would definitely suggest this to anyone I know who's looking for something similar.
