The size is impressive with beautiful marbling throughout, exactly what you want from a quality butcher shop. You can see the care that went into handling this cut. I reached out to their team asking if it would definitely arrive by my date, and they responded saying everything was packed and shipping Monday, which should have gotten it to me by the 21st. But the shipment didn't go out until the 21st itself. As of the 24th, it still hasn't shown up. That's nine days total since I placed the order. This company is incredibly disorganized and their staff doesn't seem to care. When I asked about getting my money back, they offered me a measly 15% discount on a future purchase. That's not happening, and I'd tell anyone else to steer clear too.
