Terrible lying company selling bad shoes. They changed their return policy after I bought from them, making every order unreturnable even though mine was bought when returns were allowed. Customer service reps wouldn't return my calls and I couldn't even post a review on their website. It took six months for my shoes to show up, and when they did they were stiff, poorly constructed and uncomfortable. Just stay away from this place.

I've bought from them several times with good results until recently. Ordered shoes in June that didn't arrive until August, and when they finally showed up they were the wrong fit and looked like they'd already been worn since the soles were dirty. I've emailed them at least six times trying to return them and keep getting automated responses. They've really let down a long time customer and should be embarrassed. Something's clearly changed for the worse there now. I'd tell others to look elsewhere.

This company claims to accept returns, but they really don't. I got shipped the wrong size and there were zero instructions included about how to start a return process. When I tried calling and emailing, nobody picked up the phone and their email responses deliberately avoided giving me a return shipping address. Every time I emailed asking where to send the shoes back, they'd take days to reply and completely sidestep the question. The actual shoe quality was nice, but getting the wrong size means I'm stuck with over $200 worth of boots I can't wear.

I bought a pair of their shoes years ago and they were genuinely good quality. But I just ordered online recently and my package disappeared. I sent an email and got one response asking for details, then nothing. The shoes themselves are solid but go in person if you can, because don't count on customer service to help if anything goes wrong.

I ordered shoes on October 28, 2024, my second purchase from them after ordering eight months earlier. The second pair arrived but didn't fit, so I asked for an exchange through their site and was told to ship them back. My tracking shows they got delivered to the return address on November 28, but I haven't received replacement shoes or a refund. Super frustrating. The phone number doesn't work, customer service sends the same generic response every time saying they'll get back to you eventually, and the BBB complaint I filed went nowhere. No shoes, no response, and these aren't cheap, which makes it even worse.

The phone line is disconnected and emails get ignored completely. Orders that do arrive have problems like wrong sizes or permanent damage that can't be fixed. I'm still waiting on the third pair of boots from the same order I placed but don't think they're coming.

Don't use this company. Customer service basically doesn't exist and the quality is all over the place and unreliable.

I've been trying to contact customer service for about three weeks now with no luck. The shoes I got don't match what was shown in the photos and I suspect they're waiting out my return deadline.

The shoes themselves are solid, I have multiple pairs, but their customer service is truly terrible. Emails don't get answered and there's basically no way to get in touch with the company at all.

The shoe quality is terrible. They talk about empowering Guatemalan workers but I'm skeptical that's actually happening. Whoever made mine either wasn't properly trained, was overworked, or didn't have the right equipment. For what I paid for these awful shoes I could've flown down there myself and hired someone competent to make them.

The boots came in the wrong calf measurement. I ordered standard size but they sent me something way too big. I'm on my third request to get this fixed. Their customer service is awful. You get a 30 day return window but you're completely dependent on them to respond with return instructions and shipping labels, and my deadline is closing fast. They charge your card instantly but when you need help there's nobody there.

Placed an order back in September that shows partially delivered on my payment app, but there's no tracking info or anything else to go on. Nobody answers emails or phone calls about what's going on with this order. It's impossible to reach anyone for help.

One star because while they did improve communication after I left a bad review, they also deleted it from their site. Not only is that disrespectful, it shows what kind of company they are. If they can't handle honest feedback they're not worth doing business with. The fact that they remove reviews makes me think there are way more complaints than we ever see, which is a huge red flag.

My husband ordered custom shoes and got a complimentary wallet as a bonus. He really likes both items. Our dog unfortunately destroyed the wallet, but we've ordered replacements plus a belt. We appreciate that they're supporting workers in Guatemala and we can actually see who produced our stuff. Sure, the pricing is steep, but that's okay with us given what we're supporting.

The prices are higher than average but we're fine with that given the mission.
