Their customer service is terrible! I've tried emailing four different times, called twice, and texted twice. I even messaged them on Instagram. My order got sent to the wrong address and I can't get anyone to fix it. I won't be ordering from them again.

They shipped me the wrong size containers back in September. I sent them back for an exchange but I've been emailing them for four months with absolutely nothing back. No response and no refund. Not sure what my next step should be.

I bought a bag for $119 and picked standard shipping, but it switched to FedEx International on its own, adding $80 in duties and fees. Then UPS showed up at my door and wanted another $56 for more duties and fees. The company won't respond to any of my messages about this. Can't recommend them.
