6 Pack Fitness Reviews
What Shoppers Say About 6 Pack Fitness
6 Pack Fitness receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with the vast majority citing severe customer service failures as the primary issue. Reviewers report attempting to contact the company through multiple channels (email, phone, text, and social media) regarding order errors, wrong shipments, and exchange requests, only to receive no response. Common complaints include emails that appear to be read but go unanswered, lack of phone support availability, and no clear return or refund processes.
The pattern of unresponsiveness is consistent across reviews, with customers reporting weeks to months of attempting contact without resolution. Several reviewers mention receiving incorrect items or sizes and being unable to obtain exchanges or refunds due to the company's failure to respond. The lack of accessible customer support appears to be the defining factor in the poor ratings, overshadowing any feedback about product quality itself.

Sorted by: Most recentTheir customer service is terrible! I've tried emailing four different times, called twice, and texted twice. I even messaged them on Instagram. My order got sent to the wrong address and I can't get anyone to fix it. I won't be ordering from them again.
They shipped me the wrong size containers back in September. I sent them back for an exchange but I've been emailing them for four months with absolutely nothing back. No response and no refund. Not sure what my next step should be.
Got shipped the wrong bag and have been trying to contact them via email with no luck. Nobody ever gets back to me. There's no phone support available either. I'd skip this and go with WOLFpak instead. Their bags have better designs and they actually respond to customers.
Customer service here is really bad. I ordered items by mistake and tried emailing them four times to sort it out. Got nothing back. Even worse, I could see they read my emails but still chose not to respond.
They sent me the wrong item. I've emailed about returning it for a refund or swap but haven't heard back. There's no phone number to call either.
I paid $150 for a large meal prep bag from Six Pack Fitness. When it got here, I realized the inside design wouldn't work for me because you can't see it in the online photos. I tried reaching out to them so many times using their only contact method, email, but they never responded once. They also never gave me a way to return it for a refund. Fortunately my bank stepped in after I showed them all the evidence and they sided with me. Do not buy anything from this company unless you're okay with never being able to contact them if something goes wrong.
My experience with 6 Pack Fitness has been really frustrating. I've reached out by email multiple times and gotten no response whatsoever. Their customer service is basically nonexistent, which is a nightmare when you need help with an order. There's also zero package tracking, so you have no idea if or when your stuff will show up. They market themselves as premium but the service doesn't match that at all. Shop somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
You literally cannot get in touch with this company. We paid for something they never shipped and sent emails multiple times to different addresses but they all bounced back. The phone number listed doesn't even go to them. Don't order from here.
I bought a bag for $119 and picked standard shipping, but it switched to FedEx International on its own, adding $80 in duties and fees. Then UPS showed up at my door and wanted another $56 for more duties and fees. The company won't respond to any of my messages about this. Can't recommend them.
Got a bag but had an issue with shipping costs. I paid for an option that was supposed to cover duties and taxes, but the delivery company is asking me for $150 in duties and taxes on an $80 bag. Makes no sense. I tried calling but the phone line is dead. Chat support doesn't help, and emails get ignored. Really disappointing.
