The support team was really bad. I couldn't even get my money back for items that didn't fit me right. The materials weren't great and honestly the whole purchase turned out to be a waste of cash.

I had a really bad experience at the mall location. I bought shorts on one day and asked the cashier if I could return them and apply the purchase to my gift card if I found it later. Two days later, I came back with the card, but the employee messed up the refund by putting the money back on the gift card instead of my original credit card. Mistakes happen and I get that, but the problem was nobody would actually fix it. The manager said they couldn't help, customer service told me to dispute it with my bank, and after months of dealing with this back and forth, nothing got resolved. I still have all the paperwork showing exactly what went wrong. This store refuses to own up to their error and has made my life incredibly difficult over what should have been a straightforward fix. Their customer support is honestly the worst I've ever dealt with. People need to know that this company won't keep their word.

Placed an order half a year back and things went downhill from there. The company claimed they delivered it twice, yet the package never showed up at my door. I've been requesting my money back repeatedly, but all I get are excuses about them looking into it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this retailer. They're completely unreliable and clearly don't value their customers. I'm convinced there's something seriously wrong with how they operate, refusing to return payment for items that weren't actually received. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

This brand doesn't care about what customers have to say. You'll reach out with issues and get nothing back. The fabric quality is absolutely terrible and nowhere near worth what you're paying for it. Skip buying from them entirely. They're just a name at this point, nothing more. There's basically no quality in their products and zero effort in their customer support.

Completely disappointing. I was visiting from overseas and stopped by a store on my last day to grab a watch. The next morning, right before heading to the airport, it stopped working. The band pin fell out and disconnected from the watch face. I called Guess and they told me to contact the manufacturer. After sending it in, they said it couldn't be fixed and when I got it back, a piece was actually missing and they hadn't even reassembled it correctly. Now I'm stuck with a hundred dollar watch that's completely broken. Total ripoff and I wouldn't give this place my business ever again.

I'm a mom raising three kids and times have been tough financially. I decided to buy my daughter some clothes, thinking I could cover the rest of the payments later. I agreed to put down $62.99 through Klarna as my first payment, but then got blindsided when they said I wasn't approved even though I thought the transaction had gone through. What a terrible feeling! I can't believe GUESS would partner with a service that misleads people like this. My daughter was so disappointed, and now we're out that money while customer service keeps telling us to just wait around. It's completely unfair and I feel robbed.

This is a terrible company that I cannot recommend. They mislead customers and try to use a shipping delay as an excuse, but the truth is they contract with a discount courier service in Quebec for Canadian shipments. Find another place to shop, because this isn't worth your time.

I'm skeptical about whether this site is authentic. Ordered two winter coats and the quality seems questionable. I compared them to a jacket I already owned from the brand, and something felt off. The logos and details just don't look right, even though there aren't obvious errors in the design. If you don't examine your items closely, they might seem okay for the price point. But I wasn't comfortable with them. Delivery was quick though. Update: I sent the jackets back and got my refund within the timeframe they promised. Just keep in mind they charge around $11 for return shipping if you use their label per package.

Overall it worked out okay. My 4 item order came in separate shipments which I wish they had told me about upfront before I paid, so that was annoying. But everything showed up pretty quick and all the sizes were correct.

Purchased some sunglasses and I've been really happy with them. Been wearing them regularly for quite some time now and they're holding up wonderfully. The craftsmanship is outstanding. Would definitely suggest this to others!

I placed an order that got sent out and supposedly delivered, but it never reached me. When I tried to get in touch with them about it, I didn't hear anything back. The shipping carrier wasn't any help either when I contacted them. I ended up losing money and have no plans to order from them again because of how badly they handled my complaint.
